This unique path has inspired her to get certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism training and she is on a mission to help mothers in tactical professions excel at their jobs without compromising their mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual well-being. She also wants to help women who experience both miscarriage and unexpected pregnancy to know that they are not alone and that their emotions (yes, all of them) are valid.
