Your story is powerful. As you yield your story to God, He can use it for your good and for His glory. In this message, Cory Parker shares his story of God's faithfulness through the years. Cory shares how God has gotten his attention and led him time after time. He shares struggles with pride, selfishness, and issues after the divorce of his parents. God used everything to lead Cory into a closer relationship with Him. Cory describes himself having been spiritually blind. He knew about Jesus but didn't have fruit in his life. God used circumstances in Cory's life to show him that he was spiritually blind. God opened Cory's eyes and poured His Spirit on Cory. The Lord gave Cory sight. The Bible is God's love letter to His people. God gave Cory a love for the written word of God. Are you willing to allow God to use your story for His glory?
Jim Osman contrasts the diligent and the negligent believer in this powerful exposition of 2 Peter 1:8-9. He explains how a fruitful Christian life grows through consistent effort rather than relying on shortcuts or quick fixes. Those who pursue godly virtues with diligence experience a fruitful Christian life marked by usefulness and growth, while others risk becoming spiritually blind and forgetful of God's grace. ★ Support this podcast ★

The story of Samson is a powerful reminder of God's calling, our human frailty, and the relentless grace that pursues us even in our failures. From the very beginning, God set Samson apart for a unique purpose, calling him before he was even born. This divine calling is not exclusive to Samson; each of us is intricately formed and called by God for His glory and purposes. Yet, like Samson, we are faced with the daily choice: will we follow God's will or our own desires?Samson's life is marked by a cycle familiar to many of us: a clear calling, a tragic fall, a return to God, and then, heartbreakingly, a return to sin. His story reveals that the real battle is not against external temptations, but the internal struggle of whose will we will follow. The heart, as Scripture says, is deceitful and unreliable as a guide. When we let our desires chart our course, we inevitably drift from God's best for us. The analogy of the compass that points not to true north, but to whatever we want most, illustrates how easily we can be led astray if we are not anchored in God's Word.Despite his repeated failures, Samson's story is ultimately one of hope. Even after his greatest defeat—blinded, imprisoned, and humiliated—Samson turns back to God. In his final moments, he calls out for God's strength, and God responds, restoring his purpose and fellowship. This restoration is not just for Samson; it is a promise for all who return to God, no matter how far we have wandered.Chapters[00:00] - Welcome[01:00] - Next Gen Ministry and Summer Recap[03:30] - VBS Vision and Invitation[06:45] - Introduction to Samson: Why This Story Matters[09:30] - What Is a Judge? In this episode of Uncommon Sense, we're talking about Tucker Carlson's highly discussed interview with Senator Ted Cruz. I'll be sharing my honest thoughts on how it went, why I think Tucker came out ahead, and what this kind of bold, unscripted, and unapologetically frank conversation means for the future of political discourse (spoiler: I'm all for it). We'll go into why I support constructive confrontation—yes, even when it gets "mean" and uncomfortable. The Founding Fathers didn't tiptoe around the truth, so why should we? They debated passionately because the stakes were high. The polite punditry act is wearing thin, and people are tired of political puppets mouthing safe lines. They're craving what we saw here: real conviction, real disagreement, and real questions. We'll cover why I believe Tucker won this exchange: from his biblical literacy to his serious concerns about foreign lobbying groups like AIPAC having a hand in U.S. policy. Ted got visibly nervous when pressed about Scripture, about Israel, and about U.S. involvement in a possible war with Iran. And the question still lingers: Why are we only now suddenly being pushed to act, when Trump was reportedly targeted by Iran two years ago? Most importantly, we'll reflect on Tucker's question—a theological one with deep political ramifications: Who is the real Israel according to God? Is it the modern state that does not believe Jesus is Lord and historically has required a denial of Christ for Jewish returnees? Or is it the true church—those who belong to Christ?I'll share my belief unapologetically: Israel is the body of believers in Jesus Christ. Not those who reject Him. Not those who crucified Him. That's a hard truth, but a necessary one in these last days when clarity very much matters.Faith shouldn't be a popularity contest.--https://www.thebrandsunday.com/products/the-bible-study-physical?srsltid=AfmBOorwAVEYslTlOGA-36_bHHjruNDOebEKWQ6M2115NZZwL8WG_ali

Sunday Morning Message
Joe Biden has been diagnosed with cancer—and no, I'm not mourning. The Bible is clear: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Galatians 6:7).Biden has sown corruption, deceit, and godlessness. He sold out America to enrich his family, lied to the people he swore to serve, and helped usher in moral, spiritual, and national decay. And let's not ignore the disturbing allegations in Ashley Biden's diary, which suggest that Joe Biden is a pedophile. This isn't about political vengeance—it's about God's Supreme Justice.--https://noblegoldinvestments.com/

James - Practical Wisdom - James 1:19-27: Spiritual blindness can sneak in quietly—through unchecked anger, passive faith or careless words. In this deeply practical passage, James invites us to see clearly by receiving God's Word with humility and living it out with integrity. True religion isn't found in words alone but in a transformed life—one that listens carefully, speaks wisely and loves sacrificially. As we explore how rage, apathy and empty speech distort our vision, we'll also discover how God restores our sight through the Gospel of Jesus Christ—the One who fulfilled the law so we could walk in the freedom it gives.Bring a friend and join us at 9 or 11am this Sunday!

Have you ever observed a person who is physically blind. They may have a cane or even a dog to lead them. but, the sad fact is, they are still blind. Today i see something that is far worse than physical blindness, It is spiritual blindness. People that are blind to the fact that they are lost without God. And, even if they become aware of their plight, they still refuse to acknowledge their need of God and His Son, Christ Jesus.

Show Notes: Faith Over Sight: Unpacking Scripture at the Bible BistroEpisode: Walking by Faith, Not by SightHosts: Ryan and BrianDate: March 03, 2025Website: thebiblebistro.com Welcome back to Ryan and Brian's Bible Bistro! In this episode, your hosts Ryan and Brian serve up a hearty discussion on what it means to "walk by faith, not by sight." With their signature bistro charm—real, unpolished, and full of heart—they dig into scripture, explore narrative storytelling in the Bible, and connect it all to our lives today. From the healing of the blind man in John 9 to Elisha's angel armies in 2 Kings, this episode is all about seeing the unseen. Grab a seat and let's unpack it!Opening Banter: The Bistro CharmRyan and Brian kick things off with their usual laid-back vibe—no bloopers reel needed, just authentic charm. They tease the topic: Bible theology and all things Christian faith, with a focus on "walking by faith, not by sight."Main Discussion: Walking by Faith, Not by SightScripture Starter: 2 Corinthians 5:6-7 Text: "Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we live by faith, not by sight." Ryan's Take: Living 2,000 years after Christ, faith means trusting the Bible's truth without seeing Jesus firsthand—like leaning on the book in front of us. Brian's Insight: Paul's talking about trusting God for our eternal state, even when we can't see it. It's a funny spot to be in—betting our eternity on someone we've never met face-to-face!Deep Dive: John 9 – The Blind Man's StoryText: John 9:1-38 (Healing of the man born blind). Key Moments: Verses 1-2: Jesus sees a man blind from birth; the disciples ask, “Who sinned—him or his parents?” (Reflecting the 1st-century Jewish view tying blindness to sin.) Verses 3-5: Jesus flips the script: “Neither… but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.” He's the light of the world! Verses 6-7: Jesus spits, makes mud, sends the man to wash in the Pool of Siloam (“Sent”)—and he comes back seeing. Verses 13-15: Plot twist—it's the Sabbath! The Pharisees grill the man: “How'd this happen?” Verses 24-34: The man sticks to his story—“He put mud on my eyes, I washed, now I see”—even as the Pharisees excommunicate him. Verses 35-38: Jesus finds him, reveals Himself as the Son of Man, and the man worships Him.Brian's Narrative Lens: Why tell it this way? John withholds the Sabbath detail to pull us in—miracle vs. lawbreaker tension! The man's consistent testimony, despite never seeing Jesus till the end, mirrors our faith today. Ryan's Thoughts: The Pharisees can't accept any explanation—sin or no sin, they're stuck. The man's boldness stands out.Big Idea: This story's about seeing with faith—Jesus as the light, and us as witnesses, boldly sharing what He's done, even without seeing Him ourselves.Connecting the Dots: More Scripture on Faith and Sight1 Peter 1:7-9 Text: “Though you have not seen him, you love him… you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy.” Takeaway: Peter nails it—we love...
REVIVAL
In this sermon by Chris Romig, the emphasis is on Revelation 3:20, where Jesus stands at the door, knocking and seeking communion with those inside the church. Chris illustrates Jesus' invitation using the imagery of an intimate, lingering evening meal. Contrary to common use in evangelism, this message is directed toward believers, specifically the lukewarm church of Laodicea, known for its wealth and self-sufficiency. Chris critiques the spiritual complacency of the Laodicean church, described as poor, naked, and blind despite living in a prosperous city. He draws parallels between their tepid water supply and spiritual state, warning against being a church that blends with the world and lacks true influence. The sermon challenges believers to question if Jesus is outside, knocking at their church's door. Despite the strong rebuke, Chris emphasizes Jesus' love and call for repentance, urging the congregation to seek a fervent spiritual transformation. He invites believers to be the individual who opens the door to Jesus, igniting their church with the Holy Spirit's fire and allowing God's glory to shine through their lives.

Today on Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson, we're discussing Kanye West's latest internet meltdown and what it reveals about the state of our unfortunate over-sexualized and depraved culture. From celebrity chaos to societal decay, it's clear—without God, the world spirals into total confusion and sin. We're breaking down the bigger picture and talking about why it's time to turn away from worldliness/wickedness and the dysfunction of degeneracy and back to the truth and love of Christ. Download your FREE Narcissist Survival Guide for more scriptures and support in handling the narcissist in your life. https://krisreece.com/narcissist-survival-guide/Is There a Darker Side Behind Narcissistic Behavior?Have you ever wondered if there's more to a narcissist's behavior than just personality flaws? What if the manipulation, emotional chaos, and control tactics aren't just psychological but something much darker? In this article, we're going to explore four signs that a narcissist may actually be under the influence of demonic forces. By the end, you'll have a clearer understanding of what might be driving their behavior—and more importantly, you'll learn how to protect yourself. Before we dive in, be sure to grab your free copy of the Narcissist Survival Guide. It's my free gift to you, filled with powerful scriptures and effective responses for dealing with the narcissist in your life.If you've spent any time around a narcissist, you're probably all too familiar with the emotional, psychological, and even spiritual damage they can cause. Narcissists bring chaos wherever they go—yet somehow always make you feel like you're to blame. And while you're left picking up the pieces, they continue their pattern of self-centered destruction. But here's the truth: treating narcissistic behavior without addressing the spiritual root is like trying to cut weeds without pulling out their roots—they always grow back stronger. In many cases, the narcissistic behaviors you see on the surface are just symptoms, but there's a hidden root system underground, where spiritual forces are at work. When you address only the visible signs, you're left wondering why the toxic behavior keeps coming back. Let's go deeper and uncover four clear signs that the narcissist's behavior may be influenced by something beyond psychology. 1. Manipulation and DeceptionImagine sitting across from the narcissist, trying to have a simple conversation. At first, everything seems calm, but soon, the story begins to twist. They subtly twist your words, make you question your own memory, and before you know it, you're apologizing for something they did. It feels like stepping into a maze—just when you think you've found a way out, they move the walls again with gaslighting, denial, or victim-playing.This level of manipulation goes beyond basic dishonesty. It's an elaborate smokescreen meant to keep you confused, disoriented, and trapped. Isaiah 14:12-15 describes Lucifer's fall due to his pride and desire for control—qualities that narcissists exhibit as well. Their manipulation serves to draw you away from reality, just as Satan seeks to deceive and divide.Consider also John 8:44, which describes Satan as the “father of lies.” Narcissists, too, are experts at manipulating truth, and this doesn't come from mere personality; it may be a demonic strategy. Once a person gives in to constant manipulation, they may unknowingly open a door for spiritual influence. This is where deception takes root, leaving both the narcissist and those around them in a web of lies.1 Timothy 4:1 warns us, "The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons." If you notice a pattern of gaslighting, twisting the truth, or rewriting history, there may be something darker at work behind the scenes. 2. Spiritual Blindness and a Hardened HeartHave you ever looked into the eyes of a narcissist during an argument and felt like you were talking to a wall? You explain, you present the facts, but there's no understanding—just a blank stare or even cold indifference. It's as if they're blocked from seeing the truth. When a person opens the door to demonic influence, one of the first things to go is their ability to see&
