So sure. maybe some other major video games expo may be happening right now, but what about what has happened before? Like, say, Momocon a few weeks back. We were there, and played an absolute non-literal ton of indie video games. These are those stories. OSMnotes Man, that was a bunch of neat games! Mostly. But hey, if you need even MORE independent coverage of independent games, Basil has made an independent post over at itsbasiltime.com to talk about some of the games that he enjoyed that were submitted to the Momocon Indie Awards Showcase, but were not on the show floor. That said, here's the Time Cues for all the games we covered that were: We start the OSMcasting – 0:00 General Gabbing - 0:35 The Indie Games at Momocon 2018 Roundguard by Wonderbelly Games - 03:30 Looking For Heals by Blue Bomber Games – 06:39 SiNKR 2 by Wahler Digital - 11:17 Pixel Puzzle Makeout League - Glass Knuckle Games – 14:56 Mop Boy – 18:51 Tech Support: Error Unknown by Dragon Slumber – 22:28 (break) Road to the Champ by Pizza Pranks – 26:50 Slime:EVO by Falcon Stories – 30:24 Tiny Kingdoms by Multipath LLLP – 32:41 Astoria Legends by Studio XV – 36:27 Evolution: The Video Game by North Star Digital Studios – 37:52 Eagle Island by Pixelnicks – 40:35 Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble by Area 35 - 43:52 As We Know It: A Visual Novel – 45:36 Aquadine by SoftColors – 47:58 La Rana by SMU Guildhall – 49:09 Parallel by Red Ink – 50:24 Baby Adopter Galaxy by x2line.com LLC – 53:27 Table Fighter – 56:24 (break) Honorable Mentions – 59:08 Boomerang Fu – 59:19 Inti-Creates – 60:00 Doki Doki Literature Club by Team Salvator – 60:36 Personal Locks of the Show – 61:01

In these days of multi-threaded story driven RPGs that span 100s of hours there are times when a pure arcade game is something to recognise and admire. Astral Traveler is just such a game as it is a very pure arcade racing experience that celebrates quick reactions and a tactical mind set. Show host Chris ORegan chats to Dragon Slumber about Astral Traveler along with their origins as a developer. http://media.blubrry.com/caneandrinse/caneandrinse.com/sausage/TSF_Episode161.mp3
