Brian is considered by many to be an iconic punk rock artist, having WORKED for bands like Seven Seconds, The Descendents, Scared Straight, but he can generally found on tour with The Melvins, whom he has worked for since 2008. Brian has also been IN numerous bands like WWAX (with Mac from SUPERCHUNK and Merge Records), SNAKE NATION (project with Mike Dean and Woody Weatherman of CORROSION OF CONFORMITY), PATTY DUKE SYNDROME (with controversial songwriter Ryan Adams), SHINY BEAST, and a stint in POLVO, who he joined for their final album and tour. In recent years he was the drummer for local hardcore legends, DOUBLE NEGATIVE, and he currently plays with DAVIDIANS. Needless to say, he’s a man you NEED to know of. Brian is also the the author of an ongoing series of graphic novels, called Manchild, an autobiographical chronicle of his life as an aging punk rocker and a single father in contemporary society. His cartoons have been published in magazines like Maximum Rock and Roll, Flipside, Decibel, Chunklet, and Left of the Dial.
