I've spoken to this guy twice before on the podcast back in episodes 82 and 124, in addition to keeping in touch in between as well. I always enjoy catching up with him and I always learn a lot whenever we speak, and this episode was no different. In this episode I was joined by the one and only Joel Proskewitz. As one of the worlds leading lower back specialists, the last year has been a challenge for Joel with his own experience of dealing with lower back pain and his journey through diagnosis to the operations and rehab. I feel very privileged that Joel chose my podcast to share his story with and I hope that this helps anyone else out there struggling with lower back pain, or any pain for that matter. For this week’s Strength Chat, I caught up with the founder of Performance RX and a lead instructor for the McGill Trainer courses, who also happens to be an all-round great guy, Joel Proskewitz. I last spoke to this guy back in Strength Chat episode 82 which quickly became one of the most popular episodes I have published and so to be able to have him back for another episode was awesome. I always learn so much every time I speak with Joel and buy a lot into his thoughts and philosophies on training and coaching. Therefore, in this episode, we spoke about a topic that Joel has mentioned a lot which is why everything matters.
