POPULARITY
It is often said that knowing Jesus can happen in a single moment with a single prayer, while following Jesus happens over the course of a lifetime. Jesus uses His words strategically throughout His ministry, calling people of all different backgrounds and lifestyles to follow Him. Our task this week is to answer the question: what happens when we decide to follow Jesus? And if we answer that question; we will experience what it means to go All In for Jesus.

God's desire is - that we might "feel" Him. It is one thing to say we love Jesus, another thing to serve Him, and yet another thing to follow Him - so close that we "feel" Him! Christianity must rise to the occasion. Our witness for Jesus must be strong, and full of the power of our salvation! It is not enough to be a good person. The heart of God is calling for His people to draw near.

We are all about creating environments where you can connect with people just like yourself, learn more about the God of the Bible, and grow in your faith. You will hear encouraging messages for everyone because we are a church for all people.

Due to the Corona Virus pandemic and "social distancing" requirements, our church met as a Drive-In. Cars parked sided by side with no one getting out to visit. Pastor James proclaimed this message as everyone worshiped Jesus together. Amens were exchanged for honks of a car horn. Theme: Jesus returned to this world after His resurrection to prepare His followers to build His church. This required giving them the confidence to do so. This morning we take note of the special care He took to fix His disciples that were broken before returning to His throne! Sermon Notes @ https://my.bible.com/events/7198503

Failure. We have all failed ourselves, the people we love, and even God! Failure brings with it feelings of guilt, shame and sorrow. Failure many times feels like the end of our relationships and story. Yet it doesn't have to be that way thanks to Jesus. Jesus gets the final word about what our failure deserves and instead of counting us out he gives us forgiveness. Our failures in the hands of Jesus don't mean the end of our story but an opportunity for God to use even our failure to the good of ourselves and especially other people through whom we hold out the hope and forgiveness found in the presence of Jesus.
