Today, I want to offer you a simple invitation: Pause. Close your eyes. And ask yourself something that might change everything—What if everything you see is just an illusion? A projection of fear, desire, expectation… And what if the real world is the one you cannot see? The one that lives in your breath, your silence, your heart… in nature? In this episode, I speak about how easily we trade our dreams for a false sense of reality. How often we ignore the messages the Universe is constantly whispering to us. And how meditation can be as simple as walking barefoot on the earth. We are not listening. But maybe, if we open our hearts, the truth will finally begin to flow.
Why Listen:Because this is the moment we stop performing and start remembering who we truly are.A raw, honest reflection on letting go of validation, social masks, and reclaiming real connection, love, and truth.............More LinksFor Crina´s website For Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here! For Youtube Don't Forget is time to DREAM AGAIN

Hello, dear ones!In this episode, I wanted to share with you something that has deeply transformed my life recently—how silence can be a powerful tool for connecting with our true selves and the world around us.Here are a few thoughts I felt called to pass along:Silencing the Noise: Lately, I've been learning how powerful it is to quiet the noise around us so we can really connect with ourselves. It's a gift we all have, and when we take the time to listen, we can hear what's truly important.Trust the Journey: No matter what's ahead, I encourage you to trust the process. Life has a way of unfolding, and we can always find answers if we stay curious and open to what each moment brings.Shedding Our Masks: We all want to be loved and seen for who we truly are, not for the masks we sometimes wear. In the past, I've used masks to feel more worthy, but I've come to understand that real love and connection only come when we are authentic.Nature's Wisdom: Nature has a way of reminding us who we are. We often think of ourselves as separate from the natural world, but we are nature. When we take time to reconnect with nature, we're reconnecting with ourselves. It's essential for our well-being.Small Practices, Big Impact: It doesn't take much—just a few minutes each day of stillness, whether it's through meditation, a walk in nature, or simply taking time to breathe. I've found that small, consistent moments of quiet can truly help us tap into our deeper wisdom. The Tools We Already Have: We each carry the tools for self-discovery within us—whether it's through breathing, journaling, or pulling an angel card for guidance. I've discovered how important it is to take time for silence and listen to what's inside. The answers we seek are often right there, waiting for us to hear them. The Power of Listening: When we stop the rush and the noise, we create space to hear our inner truth. And in that truth, we find guidance and clarity.A little reminder to you, my dear friends: No matter what's happening around you, remember to trust and stay connected to yourself. Don't let fear take over. Your truth is always inside you—it's never out there. So, take a moment today, go inside, and listen.Sending you all my love and light, and reminding you that your inner treasure is waiting for you to rediscover it.............More LinksFor Crina´s website For Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here! For Youtube Don't Forget is time to DREAM AGAIN
Hello my dear ones,Perhaps you have wondered where I disappeared to. The truth is… I did not disappear. I simply turned inward. The moment I stepped away from social media, messages began to arrive—friends, followers, asking if I was alright. And the honest answer is: I was more than alright. I was finally home—inside myself.I entered a deep inner process, unlike anything I had ever experienced before. It was not planned. It was not polished. It was raw, alive, and incredibly real. I was guided—gently, then fiercely—to face one of my deepest fears. And in doing so, I found something I was not looking for: a vastness. A truth. A remembering. How strange it is, is it not? We chase answers in books, videos, programs. We consume endless teachings on how to be happy, how to become rich, how to manifest, how to find a partner. And yet, the only real treasure—the one that truly liberates—has always lived inside of you.You already know what is right for you. You already carry your answers. You are the map.In October, after a powerful meditation, I received a clear message: write. I saw the title, the number of pages, and I knew it had to be completed by December 31st, 2024. But I had no idea what I would write about.I had not truly written since I was a child. I had always found reasons to avoid it. But this time, I surrendered. I picked up a pen, wrote in my mother tongue, and trusted completely. I wrote not from my mind, but from my heart. I let go of perfection. I did not ask if it would be commercial. I did not wonder if anyone would read it.I just wrote. And when I read it back, it felt like someone else had written it. Because the heart speaks a language the mind can barely comprehend. This book… it is not about being right or wrong. It is about frequency. It is about feeling something deeper than logic. It is a mirror for the wisdom you already carry. The first part is my journey. I share openly, with vulnerability. The second part? It is a dialogue—between me and someone else. But I will leave it to you to discover who that voice belongs to.So why am I sharing all this now?Because I feel called to remind you that the noise outside often leads you further away from yourself. But there is a quiet fire inside you. Maybe you have sensed it. Maybe it has disturbed you. Or maybe… it is beginning to burn brighter than ever before. That fire will not go away. It will grow. And it is time to trust it.This is not just a personal process. It is a collective remembering. For some of you, this remembering goes beyond this lifetime. It stretches through thousands of years, across timelines where your soul already knew how powerful, wise, and whole you are.Now is the moment to return. To remember. To stop searching and start being.Words feel too small for what this is. At times, even I struggled to capture the vastness of what I felt. But I trust the energy will reach you, beyond the words.Very soon, I will share more about the book. It will be published in a way that reflects its essence—free, intuitive, different from anything I have done before.Until then… take your time. Come back to yourself. Trust what you feel. Believe in who you are.I am sending you all my love.Take care, Crina............More LinksFor Crina´s website For Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here! For Youtube Don't Forget is time to DREAM AGAIN

As I sit here reflecting on my conversation with Caroline Wachsmuth, I can't help but feel inspired and invigorated. Caroline is truly a multi-faceted healing artist - a Swiss-born, French-speaking powerhouse who has dedicated her life to wellness, natural beauty, and personal growth.I was captivated as Caroline shared her journey, from her early days as a journalist exploring the worlds of art, wellness, psychology, and the art of living, to her time as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and athletic trainer. But it was her entrepreneurial spirit that really caught my attention. Caroline founded an award-winning skincare brand in Paris, the first certified organic line in France, and has since lived and worked on three continents and in 15 different cities. What struck me most, though, was Caroline's deep commitment to self-care and inner exploration. As a Reiki master and the author of the book "Seasons," she believes that mind-body awareness is the spine within us, constantly needing reassessment and ultimate care. Her passion for guiding others on their own paths of transformation is palpable. But perhaps what resonated with me the most was Caroline's unwavering belief in the power of self-reflection and dream-nourishing. Her morning routine of connecting with herself, journaling, and carving out time for her own creative projects was a poignant reminder of the importance of self-care.Takeaways:Look inside and take care of your gut microbiome for healthy skin. There are differences in skincare products between Europe and the US.Read and educate yourself to make informed choices about personal health.Avoid additives and plastic packaging in food and beverages. Take time every day to connect with yourself and listen to your feelings.Nourish your dreams by feeding them and keeping them close to you.Carve out time for self-care and self-reflection in your morning routine.Explore the beauty industry and create your own brand or products.Chapters00:00 Caroline's Journey: From Journalist to Entrepreneur19:32 The Importance of Looking Inside: Taking Care of the Gut Microbiome25:22 Awareness and Activism in the Skincare Industry26:28 Exploring Kinesiology: Making Informed Choices29:12 Avoiding Additives and Plastic Packaging32:13 Morning Skincare Routine and Coconut Milk33:39 Caroline's Morning Skincare Routine and Self-Reflection43:43 Caroline's Book 'Seasons' and Creative Projects55:40 Nourishing Dreams and Listening to Your Feelings56:07 Exploring the Beauty Industry and Creating Your Own BrandHere are the brands she loves:Kossma: https://kossma.com/Weleda: https://www.weleda.com/weledaDr. Hauschka: https://www.drhauschka.com/face-care/Violette FR: https://www.violettefr.com/products/boum-boum-milk?variant=42241683914941RMS Beauty: https://www.rmsbeauty.com/Iliabeauty: https://iliabeauty.com/If you would like to learn more about Caroline Wachsmuth, please find below her WebsiteInstagramBook: "S............More LinksFor Crina´s website For Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here! For Youtube Don't Forget is time to DREAM AGAIN

Growing up in a Harlem tenement perched above a record store, the Anel Sisters spent their Saturday “cleaning days” listening to albums and 45's bought from their chore allowance. Barbara and Lili developed an early love of music from their mother, who exposed them to eclectic playlists' ranging from Afro-Cuban jazz, Sarah Vaughn, Tchaikovsky, to Dizzy Gillespie. A trip to see “The Sound of Music”, inspired Barbara to transpose music from the film on the piano. The twins were encouraged by their grandparents to follow their own artistic paths, Barbara was gifted her first piano, from her grandmother. Lili's grandfather gave her a white toy guitar; dressed to the nines he with would sneak into Mass to hear her sing in choir, a voice he could hear above the others. The sisters took divergent paths. After studying at the Eddie Simon Guitar school and the Shelia Jordan workshop, Lili jumped headfirst into the Greenwich Village music scene and went on to record the first of her nine albums. Barbara graduated with honors from C.C.N.Y with a degree in music and , after seeing the devastating realities from her sisters struggles in the music industry, she chose a career in law enforcement allowing her to compose and create music on her own terms. Join these master composers, songwriters, and performers as they share their lives, adversities, and challenges overcome, with heart, laughter, and graceful honesty. "I've always felt unfit as a Korean but somehow too Korean everywhere else." Tasha Jun has always been caught between worlds: American and Korean, faith and doubt, family devotion and fierce independence. As a Korean American and author of the new book, Tell Me the Dream Again, Tasha has wandered between seemingly opposing worlds, struggling to find a voice to speak and a firm place for her feet to land. In our conversation today Tasha speaks to those who feel unseen or unwanted, letting them know that they are not outsiders to God. When we let all the details of ourselves unfold—when we embrace who we were divinely knit together to be—this is when we'll fully experience his perfect love. *Editor's Note: On Better Together, we emphasize that life is not perfect, and unfortunately in this episode, we had a little bit of imperfect audio towards the end of the interview due to some outdoor work being done in the background. Thankfully the interview is still easy to hear, but we just wanted to provide a little bit of context. Enjoy this wonderful conversation with Tasha Jun! :) RESOURCES FROM THIS EPISODE tashajun.com Tell Me the Dream Again: Reflections on Family, Ethnicity, and the Sacred Work of Belonging Connect with Tasha on Facebook! She loves kimchi, french fries, and Marvel movies. She grew up in a multicultural and biracial home, and because of that, she has spent her life navigating cultural collisions and liminal spaces. She is passionate about helping others notice beauty and embrace themselves as wholly beloved image bearers. As she writes about everyday life and cultural and ethnic identity, God has a way of leading her toward the hope of shalom.

Hey friends! Welcome to Girls' Night! Today's episode is a hard one, but a really, really important one. Today we're talking about what to do if you or someone you love is having suicidal thoughts. We're also talking about how to heal and move forward after a tragedy. You guys know I'm all about mental health — I want to talk about it as often as possible. But you may not know that I've lost several friends to suicide throughout my life. And the thing is — I know I'm not the only one. That's why I wanted to talk about it here on the show. Our guest for today is Kayla Stoecklein. Kayla is an author, speaker and mother of 3 little boys. Kayla became an unexpected widow in August 2018 when her husband, Andrew, the pastor of their large church in California, died by suicide. With three young boys also grieving and a heart full of pain, it became her mission to bring hope and help to others who have faced unexpected hardships. She recently wrote a book called, Rebuilding Beautiful: Welcome What Is, Dare to Dream Again, and Step Bravely into What Could Be – I can't wait for you to hear more about it! Here are a few of the things she'll be talking to us about in the episode First, she shares about the stigmas surrounding mental health and why it's so important for us to check in on our loved ones Next, she talks through what to do if we know someone who is struggling with their mental health or suicidal thoughts and how to seek help And finally, she shares how to start healing and rebuilding your life after you've gone through a hardship or a tragedy. This episode is incredible. The things Kayla shared with me were just amazing. I am so deeply grateful for the work she's doing. The second we hung up the phone, I immediately texted several friends about it. This is a conversation I know I'll be sharing and re-sharing for years to come. I'm praying this conversation is as helpful for you as I know it's been for me. If you or a loved one is having suicidal thoughts, we encourage you to seek help.
