Wednesday Evening Service - September 10, 2025 - Pastor James
An episode from THE BIBLE Baptist Church, a Bible believing, Bible preaching church in DeLand, Florida. What THE BIBLE Baptist Church (TBBC) Believes:“A church is not a social organization or a club. It is a gathering of men and women who have put their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. These people meet together to worship the Lord, to praise Him, to encourage one another to live lives pleasing to the Savior and to be instructed in the truths of the Holy Bible. It is also a place from which these believers go forth, individually and in groups, to spread the gospel of Christ Jesus to men and women the world over. The extent to which the blessing of the Lord abides upon a church and the effectiveness of a church in the aforementioned areas depends upon its understanding of and obedience to the words of God. There are certainly clearly stated truths found in scripture to which all believers must steadfastly adhere. A collection of individuals, each living in accord with their opinions or religious notions, can accomplish little for Christ. A gathering of men and women who have a like-minded faith in a foundational set of Biblical truths can do great things for the Lord.Below are those truths upon which we have built THE BIBLE Baptist Church.Should you have other questions please feel free to ask. Our people and leaders are available and more than happy to let you know what we do and why. It is our hope and prayer that the Lord will direct you to become a vital part of the gospel work which He has given us to do.”You may write to THE BIBLE Baptist Church at:872 Glenwood Rd.DeLand, FL 32720Have A Blessed Day, THE BBLE Baptist Church The KJV Bible Preaching Churches Podcast is directly supported by Doss Metrics LLC | Ministry Services based out of Cleveland Texas. Sunday Evening Service August 31, 2025 Pastor James
In this powerful and timely sermon, Pastor James explores the subtle dangers of spiritual deception in today's world, drawing a striking comparison between modern financial scams and the false teachings that infiltrate the church. Rooted in the book of Jude, the message challenges believers to “contend for the faith” by recognizing and resisting distorted versions of grace that downplay holiness, community, and accountability. With urgency and compassion, Pastor James calls the church to rise up—not just for personal spiritual survival, but to fight for one another in love. He reminds us that while the battle for truth is real, we are not alone: Jesus is our keeper, able to guard us and present us blameless. This sermon is both a warning and a promise, urging believers to stay vigilant, build each other up, and remain anchored in the true grace of God.

Every Man Shall Bear His Own Burden - Sunday Morning Service - Pastor James
Pastor James Crawford delivered a heartfelt sermon on unity, drawing from Romans 15. He passionately urged the congregation to set aside pride and theological differences to work together as the body of Christ in a spiritually dark world. Reflecting on his experience at a Turning Point Pastor Summit, James shared how pastors from diverse backgrounds united for liberty and God's plan, despite tensions over church size or theology. He emphasized that believers are called to bear one another's burdens, as Christ did, and to engage in humble, constructive dialogue rather than division. Through personal anecdotes about his broken home and encounters with church scandals, James highlighted the transformative power of grace, using Paul's conversion as a vivid example. This sermon, rooted in Godspeak's anchored reading program, challenges believers to live out their faith actively, fostering unity to glorify God and impact culture effectively.Reference Verses:Romans 15 verses 1–7, Psalm 69 verse 9, Romans 15 verses 8–13, Psalm 18 verse 49, Deuteronomy 32 verse 43, Isaiah 11 verse 10, Acts 9 verses 3–4, Acts 9 verse 27, Ephesians 4 verse 3, Romans 3 verses 1–31, Romans 4 verses 1–25, Romans 5 verse 12, Romans 8 verses 1–39, Romans 9 verses 1–33, Romans 13 verses 1–14, Romans 16 verses 17–20, Ephesians 4 verses 11–16, 1 Corinthians 13 verse 2Make sure you subscribe to this channel and follow us on all our platforms to always stay up to date with our latest content! And you can always head over to our website for any general information! https://godspeak.com Prayer/NeedsIf you have any needs, or have a willingness to be used to meet various need in the body, please email info@godspeak.com. We shouldn't have contingencies for following Jesus—we have to be one hundred percent ok with what He asks, because we know He will equip us for it! Imagined how blessed our lives would be if we stopped fighting God and simply said “Yes” to Him right away. Let's fully trust and follow the Lord our Savior!

Can you really have it all—and still feel empty? In Ecclesiastes 1–2, King Solomon, the wisest and wealthiest man in history, wrestled with that exact question. He built, achieved, acquired, and indulged in every pleasure, only to discover it was all “meaningless…a chasing after the wind.” In “You Can Have It All and Still Regret It,” Pastor James explores Solomon's journey to uncover why chasing success, pleasure, and possessions still leaves us restless—and how true fulfillment is only found in God.
