Another current athlete has joined the podcast! Langston Jackson from the University of Kentucky is on the track and field team. He came off of a very successful freshman year breaking a record and being 2020 indoors all-American. Langston was 2nd in the country in the 200m race before he got to Kentucky. With that being said, he was a highly-touted sprinter in high school and has carried his confidence and mindset to the collegiate level. In this episode, Langston discusses his time at UK and how he has adapted to it. We also talk about his mindset and personality that he believes is a big reason for how he has been successful. It was good to talk to Langston to hear about how a high-level athlete handles himself and how he feels about his environment. He is getting ready to build on his sophomore season and reach his goals of being a professional athlete!
