Here we go again with this shit. At least once a year, we let Jesus take the wheel. Or, more accurately, we let our Patreon patrons take the wheel and decide what movies we'll be reviewing. This go-round, it's Lake Mungo, chosen by Max Zaleski, and A Dark Song, chosen by Kevin Nesgoda. Before we get to those, however, we've got to get to Horror Business, including discussing a new Netflix documentary about the recent "proof" of UFOs' existence in Real World Horror. We also take a look at yet another unofficial Night of the Living Dead sequel, an exciting collaboration from two of our favorite filmmakers, and a big screen adaptation of a haunted smart house horror novel. We close out with two stories surrounding another of our favorite filmmakers, Mike Flanalanadingdong, or Mike Flanagan for short. So buckle up, Sally, 'cause it's gonna be a bumpy ride with another funk-filled episode of The Grave Plot Podcast.

One is the loneliest number that you'll ever do. Luckily, even though SkeleTony is out this episode, Taylor won't have to do a number one as he enlists the services of Kevin Nesgoda to fill in the role of co-host. Taylor and Kevin tell you the coolest place to find a COVID-19 vaccine... as long as you live in Romania. In Real World Horror, Kevin talks about the Love Has Won cult from Colorado and the curious thing they did with their leader, Mother God. In Horror Business, the boys discuss Robert Egger's new film, Darren Lynn Bousman's plans for the Leprechaun franchise, and a head scratching reboot from a major studio. There's also a look at two sequels that neither of us ever expected. For our film reviews, we talk about Neil Marshall's alleged return to horror with the witch hunt era period piece The Reckoning. We also discuss the off-the-wall killer teddy bear film Benny Loves You. So kick back, grab a cold one, and enjoy another new episode of The Grave Plot Podcast.

This time Daniels sits down with host, Kevin Nesgoda to talk about the potential for NBA expansion in the Emerald City and also if there is potential for a team to still be relocated to Seattle.  Chris and Kevin then dive into the aspects of what it would take to get an NHL team into Seattle and how serious is Ray Bartoszek about doing the needful to get it done. Hello again and welcome to another episode of everyone's favorite game show... wait... what are we doing? Oh yeah, Grave Plot Podcast. We've got a special guest calling into the show today, Kevin Nesgoda from SonicsRising.com.  Kevin takes time out of his NBA Playoff watching to talk horror and review some movies. This episode features a couple of slow burning movies that feature a lot of alternate reality and make you question what is real. We finally got around to seeing the new film Oculus, which was delayed because of the Facebook purchase. Oh, that was something else? Well, anyways, we were supposed to review it last episode but didn't have the time, but now we did. So there. We also reviewed the Australian thriller Patrick, about a coma patient with powers far beyond those of a normal coma patient. I guess technically walking and talking would be powers beyond that of a normal coma patient... Well, Patrick can do more than just walk and talk. Just... just listen to the episode, you'll see what I mean. I hope you didn't think we forgot about Horror Business! Today's news and rumors kick off with the sad news that FEARnet will be going the way of so many Camp Crystal Lake teenagers. Speaking of which, we also give you more updates on not only the new Friday the 13th movie (sequel?) but also a Friday the 13th television show! What? Yeah! And before you ask, no, this is not a rehash of the terrible 1987 series that didn't even involve Jason Voorhees. In non-Friday the 13th related news, we also tell you which former TV star could be making a return to the small screen on The Walking Dead, plus tell you about the expansion of that same undead apocalypse universe with the release of a new series of novels.  Speaking of zombies, we tell you about the new anthology Zombieworld, and give you the details of Contracted: Phase II. Other sequel news include Sinister 2, Nurse 2, Insidious Chapter 3, and I Spit on Your Grave 3. In case all that doesn't satiate your appetite, there's also a new Cabin Fever being discussed, but instead of a sequel it's going to be a remake (reboot? Reimagining? Whatever). Man, our segue game is on point today. So get ready. While the movies we review might take a while to get going, we come out guns blazing. Bang bang!

In this special edition of The Downstroke Podcast, Kevin Nesgoda chats with the voice of the Sonics, Kevin Calabro.  They discuss what KC is up to these days, what he thinks about the NBA returning to Seattle, what he would do if the Sonics returned, and his Finals predictions.  It's a great interview. The Bench then joins Kevin (Nesgoda) to talk about the NBA's coaching carousel, the worst players in the league, the Playoffs and more.  So have a listen.  I think you'll enjoy it.
