Despite their incredible successes, women athletes are still not paid the same as the men. In this episode of One For Womenkind, I'm sitting down with my friend Matt (the first guy on the show ever!), an avid sports guy, to dive into why this is the case and what we can do about it. Spoiler alert: We don't agree on much. There are some tough parts of this conversation, but it's an important one to have if we're going to get women the equal playing field they deserve.

Despite making advances in equality in the workplace and in leadership roles, women are still bearing the burden of running the household. Even when men are doing 50% of the labor, the burden of overseeing everything falls on our shoulders. We're stuck as the CEOs, the Project Managers, the "naggin" you-know-whats who have to delegate everything. On this episode of One For Womenkind, my dear friend Vinita and I chat about the challenges of keeping it equal at home and some actionable tips for you to implement today.
