Denne uken har vi snakket om kvinner og representasjon i Game of Thrones! Hvis du har sett S8E3 er du safe, hvis ikke anbefaler vi å vente til etter du har sett episoden!
SPOILER ALERT: As a FYI, this episode started out as one thing, then ended up being all about GAME OF THRONES because why not! We recorded prior to S8E3, and didn’t know what we know now, but hey - that’s life right? You're busy planning, meanwhile it has it's own course. In this episode, we explore theories; try to figure out what made Daenerys ruthless; decide who we want to see on the throne at the end; wonder who could potentially kill Cersei, and more! Enjoy!
Huge, and hugely controversial episode of Game of Thrones this week!! So of course, what better time than this for Half to turn heel on Black and leave him to do this episode of the pod solo! Just kidding, no heel turn, just lyfe getting in the way. But Black's got you covered on all things S8E3, The Long Night. We'll recap the episode, talk about all the shade being thrown at it, and predictions going forward. Black picks a listener of the week, and shows some love to his favorite IG account, the wonderful @daenerysnation. Normally this podcast is about Trashing other Things, this week, we are the trash. Welcome to Trash Recaps aka TRASHCAP.

This one goes out to all the amazing women in Game of Thrones who killed it (truly) in S8E3. GoT is our sport of choice this week. We're placing big bets on who dies and who survives. We never miss an excuse to gamble.
Max Uriarte is in for Cons on today's pod. Unfortunately, this is only a temporary arrangement.Round 1: We catch up with Max and talk about his new book, his love for LCpls, and his social media policy.Round 2: Breaking down the terrible battle tactics used in S8E3 of Game of Thrones, and how so many GoT quotes would be awesome to use to chew out Marines.Round 3: Ships in the Arctic Circle are blubbering about a whale that keeps head-butting the ships' hulls. Now scientists are saying Russia might be behind this strange sea activity. Fucking Russia.Round 4: On Saturday a gunman opened fire at a San Diego synagogue killing one and wounding 3 others. While obviously tragic, this incident could have been much worse were it not for Oscar Stewart. We're gonna tell you about the Army veteran who bolted towards the sound of shooting & ran the shooter off.Round 5: Mail bags: we answer some hard hitting questions from NCOs around the military

Talking Through Monsters We discuss Season 8 Episode 3 of The Walking Dead, titled Monsters. The topic of our discussion this week. A season 1 character that returned at the end of the last episode can’t compete with the return of Morgan. Then again, he gets killed off anyway, so it doesn’t really matter. Speaking of Morgan, he might be losing his mind so he runs off. Daryl reacts ruthlessly so Rick won’t have to. Maggie makes a decision about Gregory the snake and also about the future of Savior prisoners. Ezekiel and Carol strike some blows to the enemy, but end up walking into a bad situation at the end. A TWD Talk Through announcement… At the end of this episode, Ruthie made an announcement. It is with a heavy heart that I tell you about it here. Ruthie has decided to step down as co-host of The Walking Dead Talk Through. She has a new job that came with a schedule change that makes podcasting more difficult. She wants to thank all of you listeners over the past three years of doing the podcast for listening to us, and all of your support and admiration. We had a lot of fun doing this podcast together over the years, and I will miss doing this with her, especially when I gave her belly laughs! Since we recorded, Kyle, co-host of Fear the Walking Dead Talk Through, has decided not to take over permanent co-host. Instead, Kyle will remain behind the scenes, providing me with support throughout the season, as he has been doing with editing, images and some of the blog work. This support has been instrumental in allowing me to produce/host two podcasts for TV shows that are on Sunday nights (The Star Trek Discovery Podcast being the other), and I couldn’t do this podcast right now without that support. He will return as co-host for Fear the Walking Dead Talk Through Season 4!!! For the next five weeks, I will be hosting each episode of The Walking Dead Talk Through with two guest hosts. Some have appeared on this podcast before, while many others have not. Although the schedule is already booked until the mid-season finale, I could always use more people to add to the stand by list. If you’re interested, please contact me. Shifting Feedback Deadline To that end, I am needing to rearrange the recording schedule for some of these weeks, and the feedback deadline will need to be changed during those weeks. To that end, please leave your feedback by 5 pm Eastern/4 Central on Monday, Nov. 13th for S8E4, titled Some Guy. After the mid-season finale, I plan to announce who the new co-host will be. If one hasn’t been determined, I’ll continue to do more episodes during the hiatus with guest hosts until a successor can be named. However, make no mistake, the search for a permanent co-host is already well underway! Ratings are down Monsters got a 3.79 in the 18-49 demographic, with 8.519 million viewers, which is down from last week‘s 3.99 and 8.923 million viewers.
You may never recover from this episode. This may be the last Poofcast ever. Toby made up a Eurovision entry called Dirty Pilates, Adam sang their song Snakes in a Cave and Scott told us about some unholy tan lines. We attempted to answer another Dear Talking Poofy letter or two, entirely unsuccessfully.
