Detta sker i streamingaktuella LATE NIGHT WITH THE DEVIL.

Welcome to our show where today we are discussing season two of The Walking Dead Spin-Off series; Daryl Dixon. This season was titled the Book of Carol and really should have been called 'Carol, the luckiest person in the world who manages to fly around the world to a massive country and bump into the person she was looking for' We enjoyed the show but the premise was a bit bonkers for us... so we chat that through in a light hearted way. We hope you enjoy.

THIS EPISODE LOVINGLY DEDICATED TO MR. TONY TODD. THANK YOU TONY FOR ALL THE AMAZING WORK.The guys get into the show this week with a classic callback to Star Wars: The Phantom Menace before touching, briefly, on the 2025 presidential election and what that could mean for the county. They also discuss the latest episode of Saturday Night Live featuring host Bill Burr this week. Christian updates Zip on the Daryl Dixon show and where it's going, while Zip had a good long cry watching Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story. Zip has gained access to Cush's digital library and watched several 90's classics, including Sister Act and Cool Runnings. Also, the passing of horror and film icon Tony Todd, big interest from Marvel and Disney in Channing Tatum's 'Gambit', first reactions to Robert Eggers' Nosferatu, Macaulay Culkin joins Fallout season2, The Crow and Joker 2 deal damage to their respective companies and much more!Don't forget to follow the guys on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. The penultimate chapter of The Book Of Carol allowed us to go even deeper than we thought: Laurent Carriere's lot, clarity on Carol Peletier, Daryl Dixon's destiny, sympathy for Stéphane Codron, Losang's lost balance, and even an amusing Ash Patel.
Tears were shed in this episode as we were served up a great reunion roughly five episodes in the making. Tears were also shed in frustration as a beloved cast member was killed. Nevertheless, we carry on as true Walking Dead fans must.
In this episode of Screens in Focus, Diana and Renee dive into the penultimate episode of Daryl Dixon Season 2 entitled "Vouloir, C'est Pouvoir”. They discuss key events, character arcs, and memorable moments, including Carol's lie coming to light, intense fight scenes, and themes of grief and forgiveness. The conversation also covers the dynamic between Daryl and Carol, and speculates on what might happen in the season finale. Additionally, they share TV and movie recommendations, including Woman of the Hour on Netflix and Hysteria on Peacock. I LOVE splitting the room, but this episode really divided #TWDFamily! Carol Peletier finally reaching Daryl Dixon was inarguably what we all wanted: It's what/who was sacrificed to get it. But this episode matured after every watch: to the effect of turning what might've been initially perceived as one of the worst episodes of the season to - quite surprisingly - the best.
A Halloween special as we take a deep dive into The Walking Dead spinoffs: The Ones Who Live, Daryl Dixon, The Book of Carol and Dead City. We'll break down whether these series are worth your time and if they capture the essence of the original.
We learn more about Marion Genet's background as a janitor at the Louvre and some of the reason for her odd relationship to art in this episode of the Walking Dead spin-off. Carol makes progress in her search and unfortunately we also say goodbye to a character who got done dirty.
In this episode of Screens in Focus, hosts Diana and Renee delve into the emotionally charged events and pivotal moments of Daryl Dixon Season 2 Episode 4. They discuss shocking deaths, emotional reunions, and the evolving dynamics between characters Daryl and Carol. The conversation explores significant story developments, character transitions, and future predictions. Additionally, exciting updates from New York City Comic Con are shared, including the return of Dead City in 2025. The episode concludes with engaging TV and movie recommendations, featuring titles such as 'Smile 2,' 'Girl Haunts Boy,' 'Lonely Planet,' and 'Coraline.' Another shorter-than-normal episode (the ladies are not only funnier than Dave, but more efficient)! This episode contains many layers and an abundance symmetry, firmly rooted in Rene Descartes' phrase Doubt is the Origin of Wisdom. Isabelle Carriere is compelled to kill her friend, Emile Thibaut, while Ash Patel (who continues to mirror Carol Peletier's journey on The Walking Dead) kills Hanna, who was also compelled to kill her own friend, Eun. With L'Union de L'Espoir breaking bad, it's a good thing Carol is there to scoop-up Daryl Dixon, et al... but that remains to be seen.

Bonjour tout le monde, so good to be back in the world of Daryl Dixon, this time avec plus de Carol. It's kind of a tradition that we don't always agree with Carol's methods (you could ask Karen and David about that, you know, if they were alive) but we always love watching her. For our 600th episode, we'd love if any of you US citizens who aren't yet registered to vote would do that. You can do that at vote.org, and merci beaucoup (seriously, thank you) to you if you do. Next up: Depending on how many messages we get from you guys, either a feedback episode for the season premiere, or on to TWD: Daryl Dixon: The Book of Carol S2E2 “Moulin Rouge”.
