Short Episode This week! I took a trip this weekend, so I didn't have much time for an episode. Thankfully, the news this week was also light! I had an idea for addressing pets in Sea of Thieves, inspired by a Fortnite update. Our guest on this week's episode is Noel Thomas, founder and CEO of Dark Watch. Without even knowing it, many companies with extended supply chains may participating in human trafficking and forced labor. It exists around the world and even here in the United States where people are manipulated into modern forms of slavery. What can we do to protect our supply chains and company reputations, while more importantly helping these most vulnerable people? Transportation and logistics provider Ryder System, Inc. is doing its part to address the issue of human trafficking in the supply chain. Ryder is hosting a mobile exhibit on the issue at its Fort Worth, Texas, Transportation Management Center today. The event is for Ryder employees, local law enforcement, and public officials and it features the Freedom Drivers Project (FDP); this is a national mobile exhibit developed by the nonprofit group Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), which is an alliance of trucking industry companies, law enforcement, and government agencies. We've heard a lot about cargo theft lately, and that's not surprising, given that there is so much freight moving around the country on any given day. The latest report we saw from the theft prevention firm CargoNet shows that many thieves are focusing their efforts on only the highest value cargo shipments. This week in Sea of Thieves, it's a shame we have to do this song and dance one more time. Season 18 has been delayed, and while we're getting quality of life updates this month, the release of new content is going to be pushed out further than anticipated. I cover a bunch in this episode, but a lot of this is my thoughts on Rage and Bone Crates, Overhealth, and the overall design of Sea of Thieves and Rare not being able to stick to timelines for very long. Ever met someone who felt brilliantly spiritual—until later you realized they were feeding on your energy? The spirit world warns us long before it happens. In today's episode, we see how dreams pull off the mask off smiling deceivers, showing how false authority hides behind light language, charm, and even divine perfume Through a series of vivid dreams from "Kay," Michael decodes what it means when you see masks, devil tails, construction vehicles, and even a chauffeur in your dream world. Each symbol reveals how the spirit realm trains you to guard your energy, trust your team, and work only with those who are truly awake. You'll learn: • Why "thorough" discernment is not distrust—it's protection. • How to verify spirits, teachers, and "light" beings. • Why you should never speak your channel out loud. • How to spot rogue groups and false guides masquerading as helpers. • How dreams build vigilance for every true light worker. By the end, you'll know how to check every connection, test authenticity, and keep your channel clear—no fear, just mastery. ⏱️ Chapters 00:00 – Have you ever met a "brilliantly spiritual" energy thief? 00:23 – Welcome & why this show focuses on charlatans 01:21 – Dream #1: Fully Understanding All Other Beings 02:17 – Kay's multilingual channeling gift—and why it makes her a target 03:11 – Spirit masks: what they are and why beings wear them 04:46 – How to check behind the mask (and why no one in the light hides) 06:18 – When the mask belongs to a "teacher" or higher self 07:32 – The rule: trust must be verified, not assumed 08:39 – Never speak your channel out loud—here's why 10:09 – Testing high-level angels with your sword of light 11:23 – Dream #2: Finding Who Knocked the Ball Off 13:31 – Devil's tail and karmic replay: tracing hidden interference 17:00 – Why you have every right to validate credentials 18:19 – Dream #3: Something Cool Happening with the Clouds 20:27 – Construction scenes & ascension work 23:11 – The chauffeur trap: how false groups lure gifted souls 25:21 – Why she's told "Don't wake the sleepers" 29:05 – Future warnings: why dreams show what's coming 30:27 – How to protect your energy at spiritual events 31:22 – Closing: be thorough, not fearful Talk to Sandy about our courses https://bookings.theaislingschool.com/sandy/got-questions Courses: https://www.dream-analysis.com/courses Download Free dictionary: https://www.dream-analysis.com/ Submit your dream: https://www.dream-analysis.com/podcast Show Archives: https://www.dream-analysis.com/podcasts/
This Week in Geek's Loose Cannon is our all around movies podcast covering the weird, wild, or sometimes nostalgic world of films. This time, our crew of Birdman, Ken, and David discuss the breath that is the Disney Aladdin Trilogy of films. That's right we talk about the original 1992 classic, its TV direct to video movie Return of Jafar, and the direct to video film that completed the trilogy King of Thieves. We also touch on the legacy of Howard Ashman and the subtle little touches that almost made it into the first film, how Return of Jafar feels lesser and how King of Thieves ends the series of films on a better note. It's time to head to a land in a faraway place where the caravan camels roam with the Aladdin Trilogy. It's another TWIG Loose Cannon. The Burdens of Leadership (October 30, 2025)5. More Than an Ally (October 31, 2025)---Episode 1: ReunionAfter her harrowing mountain journey and subsequent adventures, Maela returns to find more than just shelter within the Thieves' Tower. As she reunites with a transformed Darla, who has flourished in her absence, the weight of recent confrontations and dark promises made to Karch threaten to overshadow their tender moment. While Darla excitedly shares discoveries about their new home, Maela must reconcile the exhausting reality of her mission with the unexpected comfort of finding her own place in this fortress of secrets. But can this moment of peace last when shadows of conspiracy still linger?Episode 2: The Disturbing Truths of a Vacant MindDarla struggles to understand Prosper, a mysteriously damaged man whose seemingly innocent words may hold devastating power. As she divides her time between her love for Maela and her duty to watch over this enigmatic man, disturbing questions emerge about his true nature. Could his vacant-eyed observations about 'sad stones' and casual encounters be more than the ramblings of a broken mind? When Prosper speaks of the ancient Wizards with unexpected clarity, Darla must confront the possibility that his apparent madness masks something far more dangerous—and perhaps intentional.Episode 3: The Empty BoxLocked in Pietro's study, Raef and Kray wage war against an unbreakable cipher protecting a lifetime of secrets. As the frustrated dwarf tears through ancient texts, Raef's thief instincts lead him to an intriguing discovery - an empty box frame that might hold the key to cracking the code. But in a room full of hidden meanings and cryptic marginalia, could the absence of something be more important than what remains?Episode 4: The Burdens of LeadershipRogers, now hailed as the Hero of the Pit and future Guildmaster, confronts the uncomfortable reality of his new position within the Craft Guild. During a tense meeting with the imprisoned Alard, he wrestles with his identity as a thief forced to lead a bureaucratic organization he barely understands. As the political landscape of Ness teeters between Karch's maneuvering and Polo's revenge, Rogers must decide if he can transform from a master of shadows into the stabilizing force the city desperately needs.Episode 5: More Than an AllyFaced with an impossible choice, Ralan seeks counsel in the dead of night—from the one person who isn't entangled in Ness's web of politics. When Vesper proposes an alliance with his longtime nemesis Karch, Ralan must confront both childhood trauma and present-day political necessity. As he stands in Rebecca's candlelit doorway, the weight of the Guild's fate collides with unexpected feelings, forcing him to question everything he thought he knew about enemies, allies, and his own heart.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-thieves-guild--6141933/support.Some secrets are worth dying for. In Part Two of Clint's conversation with Juliet Funt, author of “A Minute to Think” and Founder & CEO at JFG (Juliet Funt Group), they talk about the cultural forces that are overwhelming today's workplaces. Juliet shares her research on the “thieves of time” and how high performers can reclaim their clarity and creativity by using simple tools like wedges, white space, and hallway time. The two also discuss how burnout manifests in modern organizations, how asynchronous communication is evolving, and why not all conversations belong in a digital frame. This is the second part of a two-part conversation. Topics Covered:The four “thieves of time”: drive, excellence, information, and activityWhy even good habits can become toxic when left uncheckedHow to spot analysis paralysis in project teamsThe wedge: a practical tool for inserting white space into your dayBurnout 101: how to recognize, respond, and recoverThe myth of digital tools as a cure-all for burnoutWhy 3D conversations don't belong in 2D communication toolsThe three types of leaders and how white space benefits all of themJuliet's favorite daily leadership principle: “Control or growth; pick one.”Links:Juliet's website - https://www.julietfunt.com/ Juliet's LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/julietfunt/ Juliet's book, “A Minute to Think” - https://amzn.to/4hdIO6d Request the “Thieves of Time” assessment - jamie@julietfunt.com NuCalm App - https://nucalm.com/

Send us a textA diamond thief with a conscience, a father who thrived on beating the system, and a brother who asked the hardest questions—Bryan Sobolewski takes us inside a five-year run of New England jewelry heists and the aftermath that reshaped his life. The story starts with a “favor” to recover stolen money and spirals into armed robberies, fake storefronts, and a tight 90-second rule. Bryan breaks down how mom-and-pop stores relied on traveling salesmen carrying entire catalogs, why insurance policies demanded they be armed, and how that escalated risk on both sides. He explains the choreography behind Burlington's most complex setup, and why control—not speed—was their true advantage when they could create the right conditions. We go deep on recruitment, including the surprising role of a hockey mom, and the mechanics of moving stolen goods without touching pawn shops. Bryan reveals how they pre-sold, hosted private “gold parties,” and even unwittingly sold to a local police department. It's a masterclass in criminal logistics and a candid look at the paranoia that follows: the weeks-long adrenaline, the constant rearview mirror checks, and the searing anxiety that becomes your new normal. When a perfect composite sketch of his father hit the papers, the cracks widened. Arrests rolled in across states, an insider flipped, and the crew took plea deals—twelve years for his father, eight for his brother, and nearly three for Bryan. What comes next is raw and human. Bryan's builds a new life with education, personal training, and speaking to students and recovery groups about choices and consequences. He confronts family loyalty, addiction, and the grief of losing both his father and brother in 2022, a case ruled a double suicide with lingering uncertainty. Along the way, he calls out the stubborn stigma of a criminal record and the urgent need for second-chance hiring. This is true crime with uncommon clarity—ethics, logistics, trauma, and the long road to redemption. If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a friend, and leave a review. Your support helps more people find stories that change how we think about crime, choice, and second chances.www.texaswineandtruecrime.com
