Sunday sermons from Chewelah Evangelical Free Church
David's trust was not in his own strength, his fighting ability, or even in his growing number of supporters – he says his trust was in the Lord. There was something better that David wanted to constantly put before his eyes, and he resolved to walk in integrity no matter what others were doing. There is little more that revives our faith and puts things in the right perspective than remembering the love of God. Let us bless the Lord at all times, because at all times we have cause to do so. The result of a fuller view of the Savior will be worship. The result of remembering the lovingkindness of the Lord will be worship.

Pastor Nathan shared a message with us that had us place ourselves as the psalmist. He expounded on the word "vindicate and "vindication." We need to ask God to redeem us and to be gracious to us just as the psalmist did. Vindication is the act of God and asking Him to make a way where there is no way.
Gary Crisp, General Director of Prayer Baptist Missions International, preached this message several years ago, when he pastored Mount Nebo Baptist Church of Robbinsville, NC. You may visit him online at http://crispfamily.org/.
