A very special episode for my listeners... In conversation with our favorite actor Bhavya Gandhi urf Tapu from Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma. At such a young age he has become a heartbeat of each household with his outstanding acting in Tarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma. Of the film, Bhavya said it will be great if Papa Tamne Nahi Samjay can change the relationship between father and son. He had a great time on set and learned a lot from the veteran actors Manoj Joshi, Ketki Dave and Johnny Lever. Bhavya has a huge respect for the director of "Pappa Tamne Nahi Samjaay" Mr Dharmesh Joshi. He said Dharmesh had a very clear vision for this film. Bhavya has an immense respect for the Gujarati culture and Gujarati language. Bhavya wanted to become a Radio Presenter at the age of 6. But, his destiny has planned something bigger for him and he got a role in Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma. That TV serial has changed everything. Bhavya likes to write in his free time. In conversation with a Hindu Community Volunteer "Jay Shah". Jay ji says, as we all know that the recent advertisement of meat and livestock Australia had a very disturbing portrayal of Our God Ganesha, it has outraged and angered the entire Hindu community. A lot of organizations have come together on this and have raised the issues with various authorities. We have been in touch with many such organizations and are working with them to get this advertisement removed asap and demand an unconditional apology. Below are some of the actions that have happened which we would like to bring to your notice:-1. Hindu Council of Australia(HCA) has raised this issue at national level with Australian Partnership of Religious Organisation(APRO) which is a national level peak of the peak body comprising of representatives of major faith bodies and multicultural communities2. HCA has also raised the issue with Multicultural Department of Premier in Victoria3. Hon Michell Rowland, Federal MP from NSW has condemned the ad and has issued directions to Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB) to initiate an inquiry to investigate the matter immediately4. 30 different complaints have been lodged with ASB by various organizations and Individuals5. Minister for Multicultural Affairs (Vic) – Vic Hon Robin Scott and Shadow Minister for Multicultural Affairs have condemned the action and have requested VMC to raise the issue.6. Leaders from various faith like Anglican Church and others have unanimously condemned the action and demanded that MLA remove the advertisement immediately.7. Various other citizens have raised the issue with their Local MPS as wellThere is a lot of support from various sections and a lot of actions already are being taken. We will update you on this as and when we get more information. Meanwhile feel free to write about it to your local MPS, if you feel this is right. Rest assured, we are exploring all the options and doing everything possible and with blessings from Lord Ganesha , we will surely win on this issue.Dhanyawaad

Abhijit shares his journey of making his first film "Salt Bridge".  Salt Bridge is an Indian drama movie directed and produced by Indian writer and director Abhijit Deonath. It tells the story of a man who left India to live in a small town in Australia, looking for a better future. He befriends an Australian woman. Their friendship, being unorthodox in their community, becomes a problem to other Indian people living in Salt Bridge.  The film features popular Bollywood actor Rajeev Khandelwal (Aamir, Shaitaan, Table No. 21), Australia’s AACTA and Logie Award winning actress Chelsie Preston Crayford (Underbelly: Razor, The Code) and India’s National Award winning actress Usha Jadhav (Dhag, Bhoothnath Returns). Abhijit is capable of attracting quality professionals (cast and crew) required to make award-winning films.Abhijit is also a writer, lyricist and music composer.
