    Ivy Insights

The Convos With Con podcast is truly a hidden gem in the world of podcasts. From the moment I started listening, I was immediately uplifted and inspired by Connie's heartfelt messages. The podcast is a perfect blend of faith-based wisdom and practical advice, making it relatable and applicable to everyday life.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is Connie's authenticity. She shares her own personal experiences and struggles, which makes her incredibly relatable to listeners. Her messages are filled with love, encouragement, and faith, making it feel like you're having a conversation with a close friend. Connie's ability to combine biblical truths with real-life examples creates a powerful and impactful listening experience.

Another standout aspect of the podcast is Connie's knowledge and expertise in both business and spirituality. She brings a unique perspective to leadership and entrepreneurship by incorporating God's love into these areas of life. Whether you're looking for guidance on balancing work and family life or seeking inspiration for your business endeavors, this podcast has something for everyone.

In terms of drawbacks, it can be challenging at times to pick out specific topics in each episode due to the conversational nature of the podcast. While this may not be an issue for some listeners who enjoy the casual format, others may prefer episodes that are more structured with clearly defined topics.

In conclusion, The Convos With Con podcast is a must-listen for anyone seeking spiritual guidance, personal development, or entrepreneurial insights. Send us a Text Message. Why do so many people struggle to maintain peace? I'm digging into the common peace robbers many people experience and how to overcome them.  One of the most common ones being "patience". Patience is more than just a virtue; it's the key to sustaining peace. Trusting God's timing and acting on His promises forms the bedrock of a peaceful life. I share about my current situation and navigating challenging circumstances, such as selling our home with no where to go, deciding to homeschool the girls, and leaving my secure job, to demonstrate how trusting in God's guidance strengthens our faith. My hope and prayer for this week is that you know and lean on God's truths, making it a week filled with peace and patience which ultimately leads to boldness.Support the Show.

By understanding this difference, we can navigate life's challenges with a cheerful heart and unwavering trust in God's promises, shining brightly in a world seeking a fleeting happiness. There's a lot of noise about hustling equaling discontentment. Content  can have lots of meanings but for this episode I'm specifically going to talk to working moms who struggle with rest/sacrifice/hard work and the balance between them all.  What does it mean to actually be content according to what God says? And how can we be content in all the seasons we inevitably go through in life?  Here's my thoughts on seasons of rest and seasons of hustle.

Ruth, Esther, Martha, Hannah, Mary and Miriam were 6 women in the Bible who were truly OG icons in my opinion.  What we can learn from each of them is as applicable today as it was in their time.  I wish they had social media today so we could see all the things they thought or felt.  I'm breaking down key things from each of them in this 3 part series and how we use their stories for our own bravery, discipline and purpose as Christian women.

His wife and I got to know each other through my Monat business but I never really knew what he was doing until recently. Last week I found his instagram because of someone sharing his thoughts on the murder of George Floyd and the riots that ensued. I quickly started watching everything he had put out and immediately was enlightened, inspired, encouraged and moved to compassion. He shares openly his thoughts and how he's dealing with everything as an African American cop that wants people to know where he finds his hope.

She told us to take a Bradley class to just start learning about the actual birthing process. Wow. That opened our eyes to so much. We prayed about it and did more research and that's when we found Lindsey. We had interviewed other birthing centers and midwives and we knew Lindsey was our girl. She's got such a diverse medical background and her overall attitude and approach to mommy and baby gave us such a peace. She's been there for both my girls now and the joy I've experienced through this process is unexplainable. She chats with me all about home births, who it's for, what to expect, and why this option is worth looking into.
