Send me a Text Message! In this episode, Mike dives fully into the power of the central nervous system and how it shapes your entire life. From survival states like insecurity, inadequacy, and insignificance to the pure creative power of inspiration, Mike unpacks the role your nervous system plays in your business, relationships, self-worth, and peace. If you've ever chased success to soothe your pain, this episode will help you understand why nothing external can bring relief — and how to finally release what's trapped inside.Key TakeawaysYour Nervous System Drives Everything What you believe, how you feel, what you accept, and what you receive is filtered through your nervous system. Most Entrepreneurs Are Building from Survival Insecurity, inadequacy, and insignificance drive the majority of performance, but never bring peace. You Can't Outperform a Wounded Nervous System You can grow revenue and still wake up in cold sweats if your nervous system stays wired for fear. You Can Rewire It All Through presence, drilling, and shadow work, you can release the pain of the past and rewire for inspiration and creation.Master Your Body — Not Just Your Business If your emotions rise and fall with your bank account, you're not free — you're enslaved.Notable Quotes“Most people are looking to rearrange external circumstances to overcome a nervous system full of suffering.”“Your central nervous system is playing a much bigger role in the quality of your life than you might think it is.”“The bank account didn't create the emotion — it revealed it.”“If your emotions go up and down with your bank account, you're not money's master — you're money's bitch.”“As you let go of insecurity, inadequacy, and insignificance, inspiration naturally takes over.”Call to ActionIf you're done living from fear, If you're tired of chasing success just to escape pain, If you're ready to feel peace in your body that matches the profit in your bank account…

Send Krystal a Text Message.Preparing a knockout conference presentation doesn't happen by accident. It's a deliberate process that most audiences never see—until now. Join me for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at my preparation journey for Podcast Movement 2025, where I'll be speaking about tools to help creators avoid burnout. Most speakers (myself included) are tempted to jump straight to the fun part—designing beautiful slides in Canva. But as I confess in this episode, that approach is like spending all day at a water park without packing essentials: you'll end up burned and unprepared. Instead, I'm sharing my methodical approach, from creating a detailed timeline to crafting transitions that elevate a good talk to a great one.The secret to my most successful presentations? Two full weeks of daily practice—speaking the words aloud, not just mentally reviewing them. You'll learn how I'm identifying my weak spots (those tricky transitions between sections), using AI to help surface story opportunities, and ruthlessly editing to respect time limits without sacrificing impact. I even share my slightly embarrassing trick for practicing while walking around my neighborhood without looking completely crazy!Whether you're preparing for your first webinar or your twentieth conference keynote, this transparent look at my process will help you work smarter, not harder. The difference between speakers who hold an audience captive and those who watch people check their phones isn't talent—it's preparation. Follow along as I transform my initial outline into a polished presentation, and discover how you can apply these same principles to your next speaking opportunity.Ready to stop starting projects and never finishing them? Dr. Gurpreet Singh Padda shares his groundbreaking approach to chronic pain management that centers on fixing metabolic dysfunction rather than simply masking symptoms with medication. Drawing from his background in anesthesiology, pain management, addiction medicine, and technology, Dr. Padda explains the underlying connection between chronic pain and metabolic inflammation. He details how his patients achieve extraordinary results—85-90% of type 2 diabetics resolving their condition within three months and dramatic reductions in pain medication needs within weeks—through targeting the root metabolic causes rather than treating symptoms.Dr. Padda challenges conventional medical approaches, revealing how our healthcare system's perverse incentives often work against patient healing. He discusses how vegetable oils contribute to inflammation, reduced bonding hormones, and fertility issues, while explaining why pain management must address insulin resistance, omega fatty acid imbalances, and mitochondrial dysfunction. His innovative assessment tools help patients visualize their health status and track improvement, creating a path to healing that addresses the true causes of chronic pain.BIG IDEAIn 99% of chronic pain cases, the reason pain recurs is that the underlying issue of metabolic dysfunction hasn't been fixed—not because patients have a deficiency of pain medication.Gurpreet Singh Padda Contact InfoLinkedIn: -paddaPadda Institute Website: https://painmd.tv/Send Dr. Ovadia a Text Message. Pinot Noir in places like Chile and Argentina is still relatively new, and they are making exciting Burgundian-style wines in areas you would not expect. Despite most of the wine growing areas in South America tending to be warmer weather spots, they are discovering cooler climate oases where Pinot Noir can really shine. One of the wines we tasted and reviewed this week really knocked our socks off. And, as an extra bonus, we'll dig into just what the eff rosorange wine is - and you can decide if you want to try it. The April 24, 2025 order issued by Judge John C. Judge in the Bryan Kohberger case addresses the prosecution's motion to limit or exclude certain pieces of evidence—specifically, the 911 call and related text messages made by surviving roommate Dylan Mortensen on the night of the murders. The state sought to prevent the defense from introducing or speculating about the content and timing of the 911 call or messages, arguing that such discussions would be prejudicial, misleading, and based on incomplete information. The court agreed in part, ruling that the defense may not reference the 911 call or text messages during opening statements, as their admissibility will depend on the context provided during trial. However, Judge Judge left the door open for the 911 call and texts to be introduced later, depending on how the evidence unfolds and whether a proper foundation is laid. He emphasized that such materials must meet standards of relevance and reliability before being admitted in front of the jury. The ruling reflects the court's intent to avoid speculation and ensure that jurors are only exposed to properly vetted evidence. The decision was a partial win for the prosecution, but it does not preclude the defense from raising the issue later if it becomes legally and factually appropriate.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:042425+Order+on+States+Motions+in+Limine+RE+Text+Messages+and+911+Call.pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

It is a curious thing, and wholly divine, that the tiniest speck of true faith—no larger than a mustard seed, Our Lord tells us—can upheave mountains and send them staggering into the sea. The world worships size, power, and spectacle, yet it is Heaven that smiles upon the small. A mustard seed is a laughably small thing, and yet it holds within it a forest in potential, a kingdom in miniature. So it is with faith. It is not the pomp of religion nor the parade of certainty that moves the hand of God, but the trembling trust of the soul that dares to believe, even while surrounded by shadows. --- Help Spread the Good News --- Father Brian's homilies are shared freely thanks to generous listeners like you. Send me a Text Message! In this episode, Mike offers a bold reframe of one of his most-repeated teachings: “You can have anything you want.” From a resort patio in Cabo to deep downloads in the body, Mike shares how that phrase has evolved into something truer, deeper, and more soul-aligned: “You can have anything your heart desires.” This episode breaks down the three-step creation process — clarity of vision, certainty of heart, and commitment to receive — and invites listeners to stop hustling for their desires and start embodying them.Key TakeawaysYou Can't Have Whatever You Want — But You Can Have What Your Heart Desires “Want” is a mental construct. Desire is a divine imprint. The difference changes everything. The Creation Process is Energetic, Not Just Strategic You don't manifest through hustle — you align through clarity, certainty, and surrender.Clarity of Vision Starts in the Mind You have to see your desired outcome clearly before it can materialize.Certainty of Heart Unlocks the Body Real power isn't mindset — it's heartset. Your body must believe it's already yours.Commitment to Receive Is the Final Step Stay in the energy. Keep showing up. Let life rearrange itself to match your embodiment.Notable Quotes (Word-for-Word)“You can have anything your heart desires — but you can't have anything you want.”“Struggle is effort fueled by negative emotion.”“Certainty of heart is the emotional fuel that tells you it's already a done deal.”“You're not creating it — you're receiving it.”“This isn't effort to see if you can create it. It's effort to experience what's already yours.”Call to ActionIf you're tired of forcing things to happen through effort, stress, and overthinking… And you're ready to embody what your soul already knows is yours… This episode is your reminder: It's not an if — it's a when.

Isn't that James concern as well? You are doing all this planning, trying to control all these variables, why? To gain treasure. Some of you are thinking, Do not judge...eat-em all!"Every day we make judgments, it's part of life. Some of those judgments are moral judgments. But there's a difference between making a judgment and passing judgment. Passing judgment means you look beyond what a person says or does into their very heart as though you know them intimately and can judge them absolutely. But when we judge, we seperate, we isolate, and we lose our empathy. But Jesus says, "Not in my Kingdom!"

A convoluted soup of arbitrary descriptors that almost but not quite mean the same thing. Sci fi or fantasy? Paranormal or supernatural? Upmarket or book club? Do words even have meaning?Or, it's a restrictive box with tropes and conventions you feel like you need to cross off a checklist, until your story is more “paint by numbers” formulaic than an original creation unique to your imagination.Or, it's a necessary evil in your query letter. Your task is to say the right genre words to the right agent to appeal to their interests and make them want to request your manuscript. Get it right, you get a book deal. Get it wrong, you fail.Genre can be all those things, for sure. But what if, first and foremost, it were a tool that works for you?In this episode, I'm throwing out the way we usually talk about genre.
