The Bid Picture - Cybersecurity & Intelligence Analysis

Send Bidemi a Text Message! In this episode, host Bidemi Ologunde spoke with internationally recognized artist and former Googler Gretchen Andrew to unpack how AI and beauty filters are reshaping self-esteem, privacy, and identity. From her Facetune Portraits—oil paintings that make algorithmic edits visible—to museum acquisitions, Gretchen traced a path from Big Tech to the Whitney, revealing how design choices compress individuality and normalize a single “perfect” face. They discussed the psychology of filters and the mechanics behind her human–machine studio. Practical takeaways included: healthier tech habits, what transparency should look like, and how to reclaim your image online.Support the show

Send me a Text Message! In this episode, Mike returns to the heartbeat of Inner Wealth — the Creation Process. He walks through the three energetic pillars of manifestation (clarity, certainty, and commitment), and how these apply to every part of life: business, relationships, money, health, and purpose. This is more than a teaching — it's an invitation to shift from passive wishing to full-body embodiment, and it's the exact framework that drives transformation inside the Choose Your Destiny Live Intensive.Key TakeawaysClarity Is Power — Most People Just Don't Know What They Want Until you can name it, you'll keep defaulting to what's familiar or convenient.Certainty Is a Nervous System Frequency, Not a Thought You must feel it in your body, not just hope for it in your mind.Commitment Means Embodiment, Not Effort You don't get what you want by force — you get it by becoming a match for it and letting it in.Resistance Lives in the Body — and It Must Be Cleared Meditation, shadow work, and somatic tools remove the blocks to receiving. When Clarity and Certainty Align, Life Delivers With Ease It's not magic — it's alignment. And the process works every single time.Notable Quotes“The reason that most people don't have what they want is because they don't know what they want.”“Certainty is a feeling in your body. It's a belief, it's a knowing, it's an expectation that the level of clarity will show up.”“Impatience is fear. Wherever you're impatient, it's because there's some level of insecurity, inadequacy, or insignificance inside of you.”“Commitment is more about receiving than it is creating. It's in receiving more than it is struggling to get it.”“In order to get what you want, you need to expect it.”Call to Action

Send me a Text Message! It's a question of integrity. When you see the brilliant reds of a maple tree in the  fall, you don't have to guess if they are hanging on an oak tree. When you are out hunting and you see horns, you don't need to guess the gender of the deer.  Because in God's creation, what's on the outside is a good indicator of what's on the inside. But when it comes to people, that's not always the case. Sometimes the outside lies. There's no integrity. Integrity is not only speaking the truth, it's being true. It's the outside truly reflecting what's on the inside. So that's the question, "Does my outside match my inside?"

What if the very foods we think are nourishing our children are actually setting them up for a lifetime of metabolic dysfunction? In this unfiltered conversation, meat industry veterans Jon Engleson and Yuda Holtzberg pull back the curtain on how ultra-processed foods have hijacked childhood nutrition, creating what they call "the three Cs crisis" - cookies, candy, and cake as meal replacements.Dr. Philip Ovadia and Jack Heald dive deep with these food industry insiders who've spent decades watching the transformation of simple ingredients into chemical cocktails. From hot dogs loaded with corn syrup to "zero sugar" potato chips that spike blood glucose higher than table sugar through maltodextrin, this conversation exposes the gap between what parents think they're feeding their kids and what's actually happening. The discussion moves beyond problem identification into practical solutions, exploring how traditional food preservation methods - the kind used for centuries before industrial processing - can provide genuinely nourishing alternatives. Learn why a five-year-old asks for "Joburg" instead of breakfast cereal, and how shifting our food investment mindset could reshape both individual health and industry practices. This isn't just another nutrition podcast - it's a roadmap for parents navigating a food system designed for profit over health, with actionable insights for breaking the cycle of processed food addiction before it takes hold.BIG IDEA"The true test is if you give a product to a 9-year-old, a 7-year-old, 11-year-old, there's no way they're gonna eat something that they don't like - so when kids naturally choose real food over processed alternatives, it proves that addiction to artificial ingredients is learned, not innate."Contact Jo Berg MeatsInstagram: Joburg Meats (@joburgmeats)Use this link for a 15% discount: https://joburgmeats.com/ifixheartsSend Dr. Ovadia a Text Message. There are moments in our work that stay with you long after the conversation ends. My interview with Jamie Selzler was one of those moments. At 652 pounds, Jamie's world had become frighteningly small. Short walks left him breathless, and the haunting reality that people his size rarely lived past 50 forced him to face where his life was heading. What followed wasn't a quick fix or dramatic intervention. It was a complete transformation built on small promises, deep self-compassion, and the support of GLP-1 medication. Over three years, Jamie lost more than 340 pounds. But what moved me most wasn't the number on the scale, it was how he rebuilt his relationship with himself. In this powerful conversation, Jamie shares his four rules for lasting change, why he keeps a notebook with hundreds of handwritten wins, and why he refuses to set a goal weight. We talk about forgiving yourself, keeping promises to yourself, and why the happier life isn't waiting at some distant finish line—it's happening right now, in every small choice you make.ReferencesYou can follow Jamie's journey on TikTok: @JamSelz or Instagram: @jselzler.Season 2 of Behind the Curtain is now LIVE! This special Halloween Your Friday Five episode is all about removing the candy scarcity mindset and setting yourself up for success. For many people, Halloween can feel like a slippery slope — candy in the house, kids bringing home buckets of it, and old habits kicking in. But it doesn't have to derail you.In this episode, I cover:How to create candy neutrality. Candy isn't forbidden, and it's not scarce. Halloween candy is available all year long. When we remove the “forbidden fruit” mentality, the brain stops screaming for it. Remind yourself you can have it tomorrow, next week, or whenever you choose — there's no urgency. Why eating real food first matters. When you have a balanced meal with protein, fiber, and healthy fats before eating candy, your blood sugar is steadier, your dopamine hit is lower, and you're far less likely to feel out of control. Eating real food first changes how the candy impacts your body and your decision-making.Plan it, don't police it. Instead of strict rules, create gentle boundaries that make you feel empowered. For example: decide to choose your favorite two pieces, savor them slowly, and wait until you're home to enjoy them. This moves you from restriction to intention — and that's where you regain control. And if things don't go as planned, remember: one night won't undo your progress. Give it a five-second funeral, wake up the next day, and go right back to your normal, balanced habits.Your power doesn't come from perfection — it comes from intention. All of the information on this podcast is for general informational purposes only. Send me a Text Message! In this episode, Mike returns to the foundational — but rarely mastered — concept of Healthy Selfishness. He shares how giving without receiving leads to depletion, why most people are unconsciously afraid to receive, and how deserving, expecting, and receiving are actually nervous system conditions — not mindset problems. This episode is a permission slip to stop playing martyr, start playing big, and rewire your body for reciprocity, worthiness, and overflow.Key TakeawaysYou Are Not the Meat Suit — You Are the Awareness Navigating It Understanding this distinction is the beginning of every transformation. The Nervous System Is Wired for Familiarity, Not Fulfillment If you're conditioned to overgive, you'll feel unsafe receiving until your body is reconditioned.Selfishness Is Just a Triggered Word — Not a Truth What we call “selfish” is often just healthy boundaries and energetic reciprocity.Deservedness, Expectation, and Receptivity Are Somatic You can't out-think these — you have to feel and rewire them in the body. You Were Built to Give — Now It's Time to Learn to Receive Until you receive, your giving will always have a ceiling… and an expiration.Notable Quotes“The greatest lie ever perpetuated in human history is that it's better to give than receive.”“For almost my whole life, I was living as if these beliefs were true.”“Your nervous system has one task and one task only — and that's to keep you alive.”“The limitation of our expectation is what we do feel that we do deserve.”“I deserve what I want. I expect what I want. I receive what I want — because I'm worth what I want.”Call to Action

Send me a Text Message! Our next section of Jesus' mountain-top message is on sex, adultery, and lust. And let me just say upfront, that one of the reasons why this is such a tough and tender topic is because there are so many people crying on the inside. Something you did, something done to you, a decision you regret, sometimes there's this deep sense of hidden inner shame.  You're crying on the inside. And if that's you, you need to hear these words of Jesus within a context of knowing that he knew that this topic could bring so many people tears on the inside. And you need to know, there was more compassion in his heart that day on that mountain than your heart could ever contain. Because in the end, it's not really all about sex, it's about knowing and being known by the giver of life!

Send me a Text Message!Do I truly value relationships? You will hear some form of that question over and over again in this episode. If you want to be the light of the world, if you want to be a real life blessing, if you want to be a reconciler with a heart that won't quit, you have to make relationships a priority. If you know anything about religion in Jesus day, presenting a sacrifice was a big deal. The common people had the  opportunity to present a sacrifice maybe 2-3 times a year. It was a big deal, big, big deal, not like Sunday worship, or even monthly communion. Jesus said, "If you are right in the middle of even your most important religious tradition and you  remember that someone's got something against you; stop the religious stuff and go make things right. Now. Don't wait. Because reconciled relationships matter more than religious routines. So ask yourself, "Do I truly value, even treasure relationships?"

What do you do when your genre just refuses to work? When you've tried every content genre you know—Action, Crime, Horror, Thriller, Performance, Love, Society, and more—and every single one just does not fit your story?Sure, some parts of several of those genres fit your story. Those parts even seem essential. Some parts feel like a stretch, but you can make them work if you squint. And some parts don't fit at all.If you're honest, it's like your story is secretly three genres in a trenchcoat trying to sneak past some gatekeeper rubric. In other words: your genre feels like an utter mess. A confusing mish-mash. Like somewhere, somehow, your story took a wrong turn, and now it's doing a bunch of things poorly and nothing really well. It simply refuses to check all the right genre boxes at the same time. And when you try to just pick the best-fitting genre and make it work, it feels like you're ham-fistedly shoving your beautiful, unique, personal creation into a standardized mold it truly doesn't fit. When genre feels like all of that, what do you do?That's what I'm exploring in this episode.
