Film Lovers Podcast is a podcast for lovers of film by lovers of film. Come listen in as co-hosts, David Ryan Andersson, Russell Dietrich, and Casey Summers discuss (and most likely rank) the high-brow and low-brow of all things cinematic. We can't say you'll like it, but we hope you'll "love" it.

Our editing intern just finished it, and we promptly fired them. But don't be mad. Be loving. Because we're film lovers! If that's not enough there's an exciting discussion on "mediums" (5:38), and at the end of the show, the Lovers all realize that they love (49:29) the Fyre Festival documentaries (another retro phenomena). Tweet us your recollections of these classic topics at twitter.com/filmloverspod.

Promises, promises. The Lovers keep making promises that they'll upload episodes more regularly, but they haven't. Until now! David and Russ are back (while Casey is off on assignment), and they got lots of things they love and want to share about (7:07). Following the love-fest they dive deep into three intriguing discussion topics that have no theme or link: The crappy month for movies that was October (18:00); the firing and hiring of James Gunn (31:00); and the not-so-new trailer for Disney's live-action reboot of "Aladdin" (39:35). The love is abundant even though the unifying theme is not – they hope you enjoy!
"Guess who just got back today? Them wild-eyed boys that had been away. Haven't changed that much to say, but man, I still think them cats are crazy." Crazy about movies! That's right, the boys are back in town, and they have a fresh new episode with a fresh new format. They start out with love (11:00) and then recap the summer with 3 intriguing discussion topics: Solo vs. M:I6 (16:30); representation movies this summer (28:30); and the Academy's dumb decision to add a "popular movie" category (40:50). They have a lot of fun this episode, and they hope you do too.
