Coach Jerry Gordon is currently the DC at Nauset Regional High School located in Eastham, MA. Gordon started his football career as a walk-on at University of Massachusetts in 1979. He went on to become a 3-year starter on the offensive line, earning a full scholarship and becoming one of the only few players in University of Massachusetts history to become a 2x captain. University of Massachusetts won or shared 3 Yankee Conference football championships in that period. Gordon has coached with the Boston Breakers (USFL), Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts, Yale University, Sandwich (MA) High School, Potomac Falls (VA) High School, Woodgrove (VA) High School and Broad Run (VA) High School. Gordon has had two articles published in Gridiron Magazine and an article published in Success Magazine. Gordon has also written numerous Internet articles, has appeared on Portland Radio Station 95.5 “The Game” and on USA Football’s Coach and Coordinator Podcast with Keith Grabowski. Gordon is also the author of two books: Coaching the Under Front Defense, and Split Field Coverages Gordon and his wife Carol, currently reside in Chatham, MA. Gordon is stepfather to two children, Erik and Jennifer, and has four granddaughters: Ella, Beatrice, Macie, and Kendall. Coach Kurt Hines has been coaching high school football for over 20 years. He has coached on both the east and west coast. He was the Head Coach at Bedford High School in New Hampshire. He led Bedford to the New Hampshire State Finals in three different divisions over a four-year period. In 2012 he earned Coach of the Year recognition for his efforts. He is currently the Head Coach at Coronado High School in California. He is passionate about the game of football, and even more passionate about the platform he has been blessed with. He believes in empowering those he coaches, and those he coaches WITH. Mike Kuchar serves as co-founder and Senior Research Manager of X&O Labs. Kuchar has spent the last 15 years of his writing career researching and reporting on the newest trends and innovations in the game. His work has been featured in various national publications including ESPN Magazine, USA Today, and CBSports.com as well as coaching trade publications. Since starting X&O Labs, Kuchar has authored several special reports including the Zone Read Study, the Quarters Coverage Study and the 4-2-5 Defense Study. Aside from his journalistic pursuits, Kuchar has been a coach for 16 years, both at the high school and college level as a head coach and a defensive coordinator. Currently he is the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator at Rahway High School in New Jersey. Chris Vaughn joined the Dallas Cowboys in 2017 as the team’s southeast area scout. Vaughn comes to the Cowboys personnel department with 18 years of collegiate coaching experience, most recently spending two seasons at the University of Texas. At UT, Vaughn coached DBs (2014-15) while also serving as the school’s special teams coordinator in 2014. Before coaching in Austin, Vaughn coached cornerbacks at Memphis for two seasons (2012-13). He was at Memphis for two years, coaching cornerbacks after spending four seasons as the DBs coach/ RC at Ole Miss. Vaughn was at Arkansas for 8 years coaching linebackers, safeties, cornerbacks and serving as the director of on-campus recruiting (2006). Vaughn had a brief stint (Jan.-Feb., 2000) at Tulsa as his first coaching job, after serving as a graduate assistant at Arkansas in 1999. Vaughn earned four letters as a linebacker at Murray State, winning Ohio Valley Conference titles in 1995 and 1996. A native of Tallahassee, Fla., Vaughn and his wife, Marquette, have a son, Chris II, and two daughters, Cienna Marquette and Camryn McNeil
Coach MacPherson is currently the Head Football Coach at Orange Park High School in Orange Park, FL. He has been a Head High School Football Coach in Florida for 19 years. He started as a Graduate Assistant at St. Johns University in New York after starting there for 4 years at WR. In 2013 he launched his own YouTube Coaching Site called Coach Mac also known to coaches as "Coach Macs PlayFastFootball." He has spoken at Glazier Clinics, published an Article in the 2017 USA Football Coaching Notes, and has a video with CoachTube. He also just launched his new website playfastfootball.org which will contain videos, webinars, and consulting opportunities. Drew Sanders has been the Head Coach and Athletic Coordinator at Vandegrift High School in Austin, TX since 2009. Coach Sanders is the first coach at Vandegrift High School, as he was hired to start the program there. Since then, Coach Sanders has led the Vipers to Area Finalist finishes in 2011, 2013, 2016, and 2017, a quarter-finalist finish in 2015, and a State Semi-Finalist team in 2014. This past season the VHS won their 6A district with a 10-0 regular season and finished first in every defensive category.
