The Humans 'R' Us podcast is about ordinary people who have said 'YES' to themselves. Their experiences - good and bad - have helped to make them who they are in this moment. This is a podcast about growth and being ones true authentic self - whatever form that takes. The podcast focuses on stories from people who have traditionally been silenced or gone unheard. By having my guests share their personal stories I hope to inspire others to live their truth.
