A royal ball, a smug prince, and a script we've all seen before—until Scarlet smiles and asks for one final thing. From that audacious opening, we dig into May I Ask for One Final Thing and why its supposed villainess becomes a standout heroine who refuses to play nice with cruel people. We walk through the breakup bombshell, the sly humor, and the fight choreography that turns time magic into a visual punchline, then a delayed gut punch. The show swings between romance tropes and shonen energy, and we explore how it uses both to challenge bad dating advice and the myth that meanness equals affection. We break down a stacked cast: Kyle, a paper‑thin tyrant who exits early; Julius, the polished first prince with class blinders; Nanaka, the beastkin freed from servitude who finds purpose at Scarlet's side; Alflame, a dragon tamer whose absurd durability finally makes Scarlet try; and Saint Diana, sweet yet steel‑spined. Then we zoom out to the blessing system that feels delightfully like quirks with theology. Scarlet's time gift lets her outthink brute force, Diana's wards protect more than lives, and Julius's “heroic tale” power demands mutual love—strength tied to relationship, not ego. It's smart worldbuilding that keeps action and theme intertwined. And yes, the gods are messy. A jealous goddess crafts a body, snatches a soul, and seeds an isekai antagonist with charm magic, turning divine drama into court intrigue at cosmic scale. We talk payoffs, that chaotic climax, and why the season's ending feels satisfyingly complete even as it leaves room for more. Our verdict lands at 8.5/10: killer art, sharp writing, and a heroine who steals scenes. The one gripe? Stakes. When Scarlet rarely sweats, tension thins. If a second season arrives, we want a rival who truly pushes her.If you're into villainess subversions, fantasy romance with bite, or magic systems that matter, hit play, then tell us: do you prefer power fantasies or hard‑won underdog climbs? Most people aren't lazy. They're busy. They're grinding. Their days are full. And yet — their pipeline is empty. In Episode 372 of The MindShare Podcast, David Greenspan breaks down why so many agents and business owners stay broke, stressed, or stuck despite working hard, and why effort without direction doesn't compound. This episode isn't about motivation. It's about execution, structure, and revenue-producing behavior.David walks through:Why being “busy” feels productive but doesn't move incomeThe difference between running days and running a businessHow most agents confuse categories (referrals, social, past clients) with actual revenue actionsWhy hard work in the wrong direction still loses gamesThe simple math behind building a predictable pipelineWhy people avoid revenue-producing work — and what that avoidance costs themHow clarity is built through action, not waiting to feel readyIf you've been working hard but not seeing results — this episode will give you the mirror, the math, and the move you need to make next. This episode is brought to you by:KiTS Keep-in-Touch SystemsBuilt to help real estate professionals stay consistently connected to their database and generate more repeat and referral business.REM Real Estate MagazineCanada's premier real estate publication delivering real commentary, analysis, and perspective — not noise. If this episode hit home, share it with someone who's busy but frustrated. And if you're serious about building momentum this year — stop chasing productivity and start executing what actually pays you.
Ben Ennis and Brent Gunning open this episode by circling back to Team Canada's 5–0 win over Czechia, including Jordan Binnington's postgame “psycho goalie” stare. They look ahead to today's clash with Switzerland, react to Josh Morrissey's injury, and debate what's even left for Canada to “learn” after such a complete opener. The conversation pivots to Blue Jays camp with José Berríos speaking publicly for the first time, weighing whether his “bad decision” comments sound like real closure or something that could linger, before touching on the Phillies moving on from Nick Castellanos. After the break, Justin Bourne (28:57) of Real Kyper & Bourne joins as the guys keep riding the high from Canada's near-flawless opener. He zeroes in on the most Canadian subplot possible: Binnington looking calm, sharp, and comfortable, sparking the inevitable “so… what exactly is happening in St. Louis?” conversation. They wrap by looking ahead to Switzerland, what carries over, and whether anything needs tightening at all.The views and opinions expressed in this podcast are those of the hosts and guests and do not necessarily reflect the position of Rogers Sports & Media or any affiliates.

TALK TO ME, TEXT ITHeadlines said Olympic medals were breaking, and that was all it took to spark jokes and outrage. We looked closer. The real story is a safety-minded breakaway clasp designed to prevent strangulation, a trade-off that makes sense once you know it exists. When organizers bury the explanation, people assume failure instead of intent, and a protective feature becomes a viral punchline. From there we turn to a sobering cautionary tale: a food influencer who reportedly died after eating a toxic “devil crab.” We unpack how reef species can harbor lethal neurotoxins like saxitoxin and tetrodotoxin, why cooking doesn't neutralize every threat, and how the chase for novelty online can outpace basic risk checks. This isn't about scolding curiosity—it's about understanding biology's hard lines and why identification, local expertise, and skepticism save lives. We close with hope and a wagging tail. A collie mix caught the attention of Louisville officers and led them straight to a missing three-year-old locked inside a car. The dog's persistence, paired with calm, practical coaching from police, turned a terrifying moment into a reunion. It's a reminder that instincts—human and animal—can bridge critical minutes when it matters most.Throughout, we thread a common theme: risk, design, and communication. Whether it's an engineered clasp, a dangerous delicacy, or an urgent search, outcomes depend on how well we explain intent, respect limits, and listen for signals that cut through the noise. If this mix of myth-busting, safety insight, and a true rescue story resonates with you, follow along, share the episode with a friend, and leave a quick review so others can find it. The Tale of Two Tapes: Unlocking Profits in the Note Investing MarketIn the world of real estate, there are those who chase physical property, and then there are the "gentle note investors" who look for the hidden gold within the paper. Channeling a bit of Charles Dickens—and perhaps a touch of Bridgerton—Scott Carson recently took to the airwaves for "Note Night in America" to break down two distinct, high-potential investment opportunities. Whether you are looking for the steady rhythm of performing land contracts or the complex, high-reward puzzle of early buyouts (EBOs), the current market is ripe for those ready to take action. Let's dive into the "Tale of Two Tapes" and see where the smart money is moving as we head into the new season. Key Takeaways from This Episode:Exploring the Power of Performing Contracts for Deed: A featured tape included 60 performing contracts for deed (land contracts) primarily centered in Wichita, Kansas. These assets offer a mixture of "rough" properties that were fixed up and owner-financed, as well as new construction homes. These notes boast attractive interest rates between 6.5% and 9.5%, often yielding double-digit returns (10-20%) when purchased at a discount. The Strategic Advantage of EBOs (Early Buyouts): The second tape consisted of 50 nonperforming FHA and VA loans, known in the industry as Early Buyouts. These assets often feature trial payment plans or active foreclosure actions. Investors can find opportunities here by either finishing the foreclosure to gain the property or benefiting from the modified payment plans once the borrower gets back on track. Navigating Tax Implications and Loan Modifications: Buying a note during a trial payment plan requires careful tax planning. If a loan modifies permanently, the IRS may attempt to tax you based on the full loan amount; however, investors can mitigate this by submitting third-party valuation forms to establish a more accurate cost basis based on the purchase price. The "Conversion" Strategy for Higher Yields: For land contracts, there is a unique opportunity to convert them into traditional 30-year mortgages. By working with a Registered Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO), investors can formalize the paperwork, potentially increasing the asset's long-term value and stability while keeping the existing borrower in place. Hyper-Local Focus vs. National Spread: The tapes showed two different geographical strategies: the 60 land contracts were centrally located in the Wichita market, allowing for easier local oversight. In contrast, the 50 EBOs were scattered across the country, including New York, Texas, Florida, and California, requiring a broader understanding of state-specific foreclosure timelines and bankruptcy laws. Whether you're falling in love with the cash flow of Kansas or navigating the legal intricacies of nonperforming loans, the message is clear: the most successful investors are the ones who stay "in the game" and keep making offers. Note investing isn't just about the numbers on a spreadsheet; it's about finding the opportunity within the problem. As the baseball season kicks off and the market heats up, now is the time to sharpen your due diligence and build your portfolio.Watch the Original VIDEO HERE!Book a Call With Scott HERE!Sign up for the next FREE One-Day Note Class HERE!Sign up for the WCN Membership HERE!Sign up for the next Note Buying For Dummies Workshop HERE!Love the show? Chris Stigall talks with Steve Moore of the Committee to Unleash Prosperity about the new high the market has reached even though young people continue to perceive they're unable to make it. One study tells us why that might be. Plus, Republicans are planning another convention - this time for the midterms? It's never been done before but they're outraging Democrats dramatically - the RNC explains the blueprint for their November campaign to Stigall. A big fight is almost settled in the Texas Senate primary. One of the candidates, Congressman Wesley Hunt (TX-38) stops by to discuss everything from Bad Bunny to bad Republicans. A four man rush should not end a season. But it did in Super Bowl 60 when the Seattle Seahawks defeated the New England Patriots 29-13.In this full Patriots Super Bowl 60 recap, we break down how Seattle's defense overwhelmed Drake Maye, why the fourth-and-one punt changed the tone of the game, and how protection failures derailed New England's offense on the biggest stage in the NFL.This loss was not about one mistake. It was about offensive line breakdowns, missed hot reads, and a Patriots game plan that never adjusted to Seattle's disciplined zone coverage and relentless pass rush.Drake Maye Super Bowl AnalysisMaye faced constant pressure from a Seahawks front that consistently won with four. The Patriots struggled at left tackle, long developing pass concepts had no time to unfold, and early down inefficiency forced predictable passing situations.Seattle's defensive structure was simple and effective. Sit in zone. Rush with discipline. Tackle in space. The Seahawks controlled field position, dominated in the red zone, and forced the Patriots into uncomfortable third downs all night. On the other side, Seattle's offense did not need hero ball. They controlled tempo, avoided mistakes, and capitalized on short fields. Small advantages became decisive. Red zone execution. Field position. Third down efficiency. Why the Patriots Lost Super Bowl 60• Offensive line could not handle a four man rush• No consistent quick game to counter pressure• Limited early down success• Lack of explosive perimeter threats• Seattle won situational footballWhen protection collapses without blitz pressure, the margin for error disappears.Patriots Offseason Needs 2026If the Patriots are serious about building around Drake Maye, the priority is clear.Invest heavily in the offensive line. Secure a true left tackle. Consider moving Will Campbell inside if that maximizes his value. Add a mismatch tight end and a true outside receiver with size and burst.Veteran trench upgrades stabilize quickly. Dynamic pass catchers can come through the NFL Draft. Most importantly, the Patriots must build a pressure proof offensive identity. Screens. Quick game. Motion. Rhythm throws. Early down efficiency. The offense must dictate terms before elite defenses take control.Drake Maye's Future After Super Bowl 60One bad Super Bowl does not define a franchise quarterback. Maye beat top defenses to reach this stage. The Patriots exceeded expectations during what many called a transition year. The next step is structural. Protect the quarterback. Expand the playbook. Win situational football. The blueprint is clear. Protect. Diversify. Execute. We close by zooming out across the NFL landscape and pivoting into Celtics season as we continue covering Boston sports from every angle. If you are searching for Patriots Super Bowl 60 analysis, Drake Maye breakdowns, and real Patriots offseason strategy discussion, this episode delivers it.Subscribe for weekly Patriots coverage, NFL analysis, and Boston sports breakdowns. If you think home improvement is stressful, wait until someone drops a porta potty in your neighbor's driveway and suddenly it's a lifestyle. On today's episode of The Rizzuto Show, what starts as innocent talk about retaining walls and contractor bids quickly devolves into speculation about construction crews, public bathrooms, and how long “temporary” really means. Then — because chaos demands structure — the crew launches into a matchup trivia game that absolutely no one is emotionally prepared for. Learn, Moon, Rafe, and King Scott put their pride on the line answering questions that sound easy but immediately expose how little we all truly know. Silly Putty history? Betrayal. Hollywood sign facts? Pain. The world's hottest pepper? Apparently negotiable depending on Rizz's mood that day. This funny podcast delivers everything you expect from The Rizzuto Show: loud confidence, wrong answers, passionate arguments about chef hats, and at least one perfect game being retroactively destroyed for no reason other than vibes. Dry ice breaks brains, horses become biological mysteries, and the Titanic's depth turns into a full-on debate nobody studied for.If you love daily chaos, questionable facts, and a funny podcast that feels like hanging out with friends who should not be trusted with trivia questions — you're in the right place. This episode is peak Rizz Show energy: sarcastic, self-aware, and absolutely unhinged in the most lovable way possible.Listen, laugh, yell at your speakers, and remember: confidence matters more than accuracy on this funny podcast.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Turning Point USA celebrates over 20 million views and counting, while the liberal media gushes over a halftime show that even non-Spanish speaking liberals didn't understand. The legacy media rolls out fake reports of who exactly is getting deported, and they really think Americans don't understand what a crime is. Plus, big cities going broke, a local teen killed by an illegal and it gets zero media coverage, truckers will now need to know English and be legal to drive, and more.

⚠️Trigger Warning: This episode includes discussions of violence, self-harm, suicide, and religious trauma. In this deeply vulnerable and wide-ranging conversation, Kyson Dana shares his story of growing up Mormon, serving a mission in Russia, and the lifelong psychological, spiritual, and physical consequences that followed. What was supposed to be the “best two years” of his life became the most traumatic –shaping his identity, mental health, and eventual departure from the Church. Kyson opens up about generational trauma, internalized shame, self-policing, and suicidal ideation in his youth. He walks us through the intense pressure to be perfect, the weaponization of guilt and obedience, and how Mormonism taught him to disconnect from himself in order to survive. We dive deeply into the realities of missionary life in Russia: shrinking missions, violence, threats, abductions, murders, leadership silence, and explicit instructions NOT to tell families what was happening. Kyson recounts being told not to come home unless it was “in a coffin,” enduring extreme fasting, psychological abuse, and witnessing acts of violence that were never processed or acknowledged.Beyond the mission, Kyson shares how this trauma followed him into adulthood –fueling panic disorder, Complex PTSD, and a prolonged faith crisis. He discusses therapy, EMDR, creative work, and the careful, supported use of psychedelics as part of healing. We also explore his work helping teens navigate shame-based purity culture, pornography narratives (“Fight the new drug!”), and the dangerous conflation of morality with normal human behavior. This episode is about far more than Mormonism –it's about identity, belonging, survival, and what it takes to come back to yourself after an institution teaches you to turn yourself off. If you've ever felt broken by a system that promised salvation, you're not alone.___________________YouTubeAt Mormon Stories we explore, celebrate, and challenge Mormon culture through in-depth stories told by members and former members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as well as scholars, authors, LDS apologists, and other professionals. Our overall mission is to: 1. Facilitate informed consent amongst LDS Church members, investigators, and non-members regarding Mormon history, doctrine, and theology2. Support Mormons (and members of other high-demand religions) who are experiencing a religious faith crisis3. Promote healing, growth and community for those who choose to leave the LDS Church or other high demand religions
