Send us a textPeaches is back in the Ones Ready Team Room with another no-BS drop that'll make the Pentagon sweat. From the government shutdown that's starving paychecks to the beefy boys rolling off bread trucks in Chicago, this episode rips through every headline the brass wishes you'd ignore. Peaches calls out the “financially illiterate” lifestyle of troops living beyond their means, laughs at the Army Corps' endless postponements, and lights up DoD's hilariously outdated cybersecurity systems. Then it's on to the Marines flexing “maritime domain awareness” for an attaboy, the Air Force's missileer cancer scare, and the Space Force trying to sound cool with “hypersonic challenges.” Oh—and the Coast Guard Cutter Midgett (yes, really) returns from busting drug runners like it's the sequel to Narcos. Top it off with Peaches' unfiltered rant on false IG complaints, whistleblowers, and accountability. The episode ends with updates on the sold-out Nashville Operator Training Summit and a sneak peek at the next Vegas OTS—because rest is for civilians.⏱️ Timestamps: 00:00 – Hydration, Hoist, and Old Man Midnight Sips 02:30 – The Shutdown Circus: Paychecks, WIC, and Why You're Broke 04:50 – Fat Troops and Bread Trucks in Chicago 07:15 – Cybersecurity Theater: Outdated Systems and Cheesy Training 09:25 – Marines Celebrate “Maritime Domain Awareness” (Whatever That Means) 11:50 – Missileers, Cancer, and the HunterSeven Lifeline 13:10 – Tac-P Documentary: Filthy Legends, Must-Watch History 14:15 – Inspector General Reform: Bye-Bye Anonymous Whiners 17:00 – Presidential Directives, Bureaucratic Chaos, and Infrastructure BS 18:50 – Nashville OTS Recap + Sneak Peek: Vegas Summit Locked In

Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly “in shock,” “terrified of going broke,” and “anxious” about his 50-month prison sentence — but should we care? In this brutal, voice-driven commentary, Tony Brueski rips through the performative grief, fake remorse, and narcissistic delusions surrounding Diddy's fall from power. While Diddy mourns canceled speaking gigs and the collapse of his public image, his victims — including Cassie Ventura — are still living the trauma he left behind. Cassie's powerful letter to the court described years of fear, coercion, and hypervigilance. She moved her family out of New York to escape the man who controlled and brutalized her. And unlike Diddy, she doesn't get to walk free in four years. Her sentence is for life. In this segment, we break down the hard facts:  ✔️ The 2016 hotel hallway video showing Diddy attacking Cassie.  ✔️ Allegations from dozens of women detailing “freak-offs,” coercion, and psychological abuse.  ✔️ The 11-minute vanity video Diddy played in court — a tone-deaf attempt to rebrand abuse as the “American Dream.”  ✔️ His reported plea for a Trump pardon — because he still believes power should shield him from consequence. This isn't a redemption arc. This is the slow, humiliating collapse of a man who built his empire on fear and silence. Diddy isn't facing injustice — he's finally facing something resembling accountability. And for once, the mirror doesn't flinch. Brueski doesn't hold back. If you still feel sympathy for Combs, this commentary might change your mind — or show you exactly which side of history you're standing on.

Have you ever looked at your business revenue and thought, "Where the hell did all that money go?"Maybe you hit six figures this year, or you're well beyond that. But when you look at your bank account, it doesn't feel like a six-figure business. The money came in, but it also went out, and you're left wondering if you're doing something terribly wrong. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. And you're probably not doing anything wrong. In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on the uncomfortable truth most entrepreneurs never talk about: the five hidden places your profit is quietly disappearing. By the end, you'll know exactly where your money is going, how to plug those leaks, and how to finally start keeping more of what you earn. We're not just talking about your business finances, we are actually focusing on you becoming the CEO of your entire life. What You'll Learn:Why the average small business only keeps 7-10% profit (and what that means for your business income)The digital subscription monster: how $1-3K/month disappears in tools you barely useWhy you need to set aside a much bigger percentage of of every dollar you earn for taxes (and how to do it without the stress)What lifestyle creep is and why it's keeping you trapped on the hamster wheelHow the blurry line between business and personal expenses is robbing your cash flowWhen investing in growth becomes a gamble instead of a strategic move Hosted on Acast. The Crime Victims' Rights Act (CVRA) was supposed to guarantee fairness and transparency for victims—making sure they were informed, included, and respected in the legal process. But when Jeffrey Epstein came along, that promise evaporated. Federal prosecutors secretly cut a Non-Prosecution Agreement that protected not only Epstein but also his “potential co-conspirators,” violating the very law designed to stop such backroom deals. The victims weren't told; they found out months later from the press. The same Department of Justice that preaches accountability deliberately hid the deal, broke federal law, and then argued that the CVRA didn't apply because no federal charges were filed—an argument so twisted it turned their own crime into a loophole.Instead of punishment, Epstein got 13 months in county jail with daily work release, while the prosecutors who betrayed the victims got promotions. Eric talks about how this story came about and how this could have major economic upside because this would be the Stars building, not one they'd have to share like they currently do at the AAC. Eric peels the curtain back with how other teams are looking to move location and why, and applies that to why the Stars would move. Then Eric explains how politics comes into play with decisions like this and how the City of Dallas doesn't want to lose the Stars and Mavericks. Eric also notes that this is not a done deal, Dallas could still be the home for the Stars. Why are so many healthcare providers burned out, overworked, and underpaid—despite dedicating their lives to helping others? In part one of this powerful two-part conversation, Dr. Lauryn sits down with Kiera Dent, CEO and founder of The Dental A Team, to uncover the root causes of financial and emotional burnout across chiropractic, dentistry, and other healthcare professions. Together, they dig into why so many doctors feel “broke,” overwhelmed, and disconnected from their purpose, and what needs to change in how we approach business and balance in the healthcare world.Lauryn and Kiera dive deep into the shared challenges facing modern clinicians: massive student debt, a lack of business training, and the generational shift in what work-life balance really means. They discuss how to identify where burnout truly comes from, why profit margins matter more than ever, and how to reclaim your sense of purpose without sacrificing success. Whether you're a chiropractor, dentist, or any healthcare entrepreneur—this conversation will remind you that you're not alone and help you start rewriting your professional story.Key Takeaways:Burnout isn't just emotional—it's financial. Many healthcare professionals are struggling because their businesses lack healthy profit margins and sustainable structures.Generational shifts are reshaping success. Millennials and Gen Z are rejecting outdated scripts of overwork and redefining what true balance and fulfillment look like in healthcare.Business is business—even in healthcare. Doctors need to learn core entrepreneurial and leadership skills to thrive, not just survive, in private practice. You're not alone. Whether you're a dentist, chiropractor, or vet, the struggles of burnout, money stress, and purpose fatigue are universal—and solvable.About the Guest:Kiera Dent is the CEO and founder of The Dental A Team, where she and her team consult with hundreds of dental practices nationwide. Drawing on her experience in nearly every role within a dental office, Kiera helps teams streamline systems, elevate accountability, and boost profitability while still living their best lives. The Washington Roundtable discusses how this week's government shutdown can be best understood by looking at the background and influence of Russell Vought, the director of the White House Office of Management and Budget. Vought is a Christian nationalist who served in the first Trump Administration. He was a chief architect of the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025, and has written that the country is in a “post constitutional moment.” Amid the shutdown, Vought has threatened to lay off federal workers en masse and to withhold funds from Democratic-leaning states. The panel considers whether these moves are not just an expansion of Presidential power but a fiscal “partitioning” of America. This week's reading:“Donald Trump's Shutdown Power Play,” by Susan B. Most people think wealth is about earning more. The truth? It's about the patterns you repeat every day. In this episode, we break down 10 specific patterns that predict whether you'll be broke or wealthy 10–20 years from now. These aren't obvious mistakes like “don't buy lattes.” They're subtle, sneaky habits that quietly lock people into financial struggle… or quietly compound into freedom. Here's what we cover: Why overspending on status is a trap (and what to do instead). How shopping without a list bleeds your bank account. The single most profitable investment you'll ever make (and it's not the stock market). Why living in the wrong location costs more than you think. The mistake of copying successful people at the wrong season of their life. This is the episode I wish every 20- and 30-something could hear. But truthfully, even people in their 40s and 50s are still making these mistakes. Localized journalism played a pivotal role in breaking through the silence and inertia that surrounded the Epstein investigation for years. National outlets often overlooked or downplayed the story, but local reporters—particularly in Florida—kept pushing. The Miami Herald's investigative series “Perversion of Justice” became a turning point, laying bare the sweetheart deal Epstein received and how officials swept his crimes under the rug. By digging into court records, interviewing survivors, and pressing local authorities, these journalists exposed the corruption and failures of law enforcement in a way that reverberated nationally. Survivors later credited these local stories with giving them a voice when no one else would.Localized journalism played a pivotal role in breaking through the silence and inertia that surrounded the Epstein investigation for years. Josh, meanwhile, shrugs off the stress with a “we'll figure it out” attitude, though his impulse purchases and nicotine habit don't help. With 82% of their income tied up in fixed costs, they're left with almost nothing for fun, savings, or their dreams of a bigger space for pets and cars.
