This is just my overall thoughts of the current status of our athletes as they prepare for the 2020 Olympic Games ( for those that have qualified that is ) and for those that are looking at qualifying for the games. Honest thoughts, if the current status quo continues prevail then we are definitely coming back empty handed from the games. Preparations have been long overdue, some athletes are still injured and other associations haven't shared their progress on how they plan to get their athletes to Tokyo.

The 28th Edition of the CAF Football awards ceremony was held on the 7th January in Egypt to honour and celebrate Africa's finest. Senegal and Liverpool's talisman was the big winner of the night taking the coveted title of being named African Player of the Year beating teammate Mohammed Salah and Machester City's Riyad Mahrez. #CAFAwards2019 #SadioMane
Botswana Football Association today announced the appointment of Adel Amrouche as the new Coach of our senior national team the Zebras. Coach is Adel is taking over from Orapa United gaffer Mogomotsi Mpotse who has been the interim coach and now has been given the role of leading the National Under 23's. From his voice, the coach seems as he has development mindset for our local football and is keen with local coaches.
