"Hark how the bells. Sweet silver bells. All seem to say. Throw cares away. Christmas is here," The portrayal of Christmas in media tends to be simple. There are certain things we have come to expect when the season rolls around: the songs, the carols, the decorations, the movies. It tends to tell a familiar story. In this Christmas bonus episode, we let people, the ones that aren't invested in maintaining any idea of Christmas, talk about how they experience the period. Some of the stories are what you would expect, some are not. Some people like Christmas and some people don't. And every now and then, something completely unrelated to the season comes and warps how you feel about it. This week inside a bubble, we ask the question: "Do they know it's Christmas in Lagos?" Main Host: Bisi Adedun Asst host: Seyi Oluboba Producer: Mo Isu This episode features a sample of "Carol of the bells" performed by John Williams Dream by Chan Wai Fat "We, three kings of orient are" performed by OUPsync. "Little drummer boy" performed by Pentatonix O come o come performed by OUPsync Did you like listening to this episode? Share it with one friend and have a conversation about it. Pilot: What does productivity look like from inside our bubble?

Productivity is one of those topics that people think about a lot... but from a distance. Starting a podcast, we thought that productivity would be a very crucial nut to crack. The 'Inside a bubble" team is made up of young, fresh out of Uni adults, and we are trying to build something great with this podcast. We realised that knowing how to be productive would be important, so we killed two birds with the same stone. We tried to figure out a productive way to make podcast episodes and also made an episode documenting the process. In this pilot episode, we experimented with the format this podcast would take. We talked to people from just about as many works of lives as we could squeeze into 25 minutes. There is a content creator, a facebook ad creator, a software engineer, students and a fashion designer to mention a few. What we found is that all of these people do very similar things to get and stay productive. This is not a self-help episode. We were trying to find a method for ourselves and in the spirit of involving the audience in our creative process, we made this pilot. Main Host: Seyi Oluboba Asst host: Bisi Adedun Producer: Mo Isu This episode features a sample of Petrichor by Ludovico Elnaudi Other songs: Deaf Nostlagia The builder Toy Houses Did you like listening to this episode? We want our listeners to be part of our creative process so we made a short episode where the hosts experiment with their chemistry. This teaser introduces the hosts of the podcast, Bisi and Seyi, and also gives a brief description of what "Inside a Bubble" is all about.
