Why is it that music artist put such time and effort into 95% of their songs but then put zero effort in to how those songs end?! I think after nearly two months of other people getting involved and allowing my podcast to be a venting ground, I think its time to let loose. The morning of this recording, I woke up and saw on Tik Tok someone ranting about how disgusted they were over a stranger saying a specific word and how offended they were. I just thought to myself that "if this is the biggest thing you are offended by in life then you have it easy!" WARNING - This may be of a less comedic episode and one which is just a guttural genuine hatred - Call me controversial and old fashioned for not thinking being an influencer is a "proper job" I know that it is. I can be modest and humble in assuming that people can be a "YouTube" or "Instagrammer" as their main source of income despite the fact I find that completely mad...still, that is not my main annoyance. It is the stereotypical influencer that has no feelings about what they are talking about. The click bait for likes. Where you may have a scantily clad human which draws your eye to their body, but the caption on the photo is all about raising money for charity. It makes me so angry that they are using thumbnails for likes with the pretence for change. I am sure there may be genuine and honest caring influencers out there, but let me just have my fun. Adverts in themselves are annoying. In a world where we are used to on demand content, having to sit through adverts are now not something we are used to. However, surely that means by default that companies should actually make an effort. Don't “read the slide” and tell me something I could quite easily Google.
