Youth soccer player development.
In episode 12 we have Kurtis Smith who is the Hudson Valley Community College Women's Soccer program Head coach and NY Shockers Women's Team Head coach and who also works with Beestera Soccer Training co-ordinating thier team training programs. He also takes a lot of private training sessions and works on camps and clinics through that organization.
In this Episode Gregg talks with Phil Phillipou, who is the Alicante City FC Director of Methodology. Phil got started coaching at a young age with Crystal Palace with community coaching before going to the university of south Wales and working within Cardiff City's academy, he then went to the United states working within UK Elite soccer. Wanting to further his education he undertook a football studies Masters at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europa. He now lives in Alicante with his current role.

Wayne also discusses his time playing with clubs within the Irish league and gives advice to young goalkeepers.
In Episode #5 We have Orman Okunaiya who is currently the First Team and U23 Assistant coach at Qatar Sports Club in the Qatar Starts League. He played professional soccer in the Philipines for Ceres Football Club and was also played and became assistant first team coach at Bhanyankara FC in Indonesia. Orman Holds the UEFA B License and is a candidate on the UEFA A license.
In Episode 4 we have Michael Carroll, who is the Player development director at SG1 Soccer Club in Katy, TX. Michael gives his career timeline and what his role as Player Development Director entails. He elaborates on what one of his sessions look like at u6, u7, u8 age groups, how he structures the practice and how he adds complexity to the activities as players develop. He also explains the why behind his methodology and how he encourages player decision making.
In Episode 3 we have Ivan Gonzalez who is the boy's Academy Director at SG1 Soccer Club in Katy, TX just outside of Houston.
