This week the trio look back at Cymru women v Australia Women, Middlesbrough v Wrexham, Aberystwyth Town Women v Wrexham Women and THAT GAME Wrexham v Cardiff City and look forward to Wrexham v Coventry City, Wrexham Women v TNS Women and Portsmouth v Wrexham.
Cardiff City certainly delivered a statement win over Wrexham in the EFL Cup, giving further evidence of the progress made under manager Brian Barry-Murphy this season. There were plenty of polished performances, but maybe none more so than Rubin Colwill. But will his display - witnessed in person by Craig Bellamy - be enough to force him into the Wales manager's plans for next month's World Cup qualifiers?Rhian Wilkinson has also been left with plenty of food for thought after two friendly defeats to Australia and Poland extended Wales' poor run to seven consecutive defeats, and no wins in their last 11 games. And Sam prepares for a return to Newport in the FA Cup with Gillingham.
Mark Griffiths sees Wrexham suffer derby defeat.
Underlying inflation increases, dampening hopes for mortgage-holders... Federal police warn young girls are being hunted by young men online and coerced into acts of violence, Cardiff City upset Wrexham at home with a 2-1 win in the League Cup.

Join Liam, Andy and Tim as we discuss Wrexham securing a valuable point away at high-flying Middlesbrough in the Championship. The lads debate whether it should have been three points rather than one after Josh Windass handed Wrexham a first half lead at the Riverside and Kieffer Moore missed a gilt-edged chance to make it 2-0 in the second half. Was this performance a sign that Parky and his players truly belong in this league? Also, Andy and Tim give their verdicts on the fabled culinary delight that is the Parmo!PLUS, the Voice of Welsh Football AKA Rob Phillips joins us to look ahead to the long-awaited return of the North vs South Wales Derby as Wrexham take on Cardiff City at home on Tuesday night with a place in the quarter finals of the Carabao Cup up for grabs. Where would Wales be without Ben Davies? And how will they fill the void once he's gone? Since making his debut in 2012, the 32-year-old has hardly put a foot wrong in the Wales defence, and continues to lead from the front despite limited opportunities at Spurs. He become only the fourth Welshman to reach 100 caps when Wales lost a crucial World Cup qualifier a week ago, but he wants more. Much more.In between a morning tactical session and gym work at Spurs' training ground, he joins the crew to reflect and his achievement, and, as you'd expect, to reminisce about the magical summer he shared alongside Sam in France during Euro 2016.There's also a full review of the weekend club action as Cardiff City head back to the top of League One, while Newport County hit rock bottom.

It's the beginning of a new era at Cardiff City and Newport County as both clubs prepare for life under new, and inexperienced, managers. The Bluebirds, playing in the third level of English football for the first time in 21 years, have opted for the blue side of Manchester by appointing for former Manchester City youth coach Brian Barry-Murphy. The Exiles, meanwhile, have gone for the red side by choosing former Manchester United youth coach Dave Hughes. Both clubs have ample room for improvement after hugely disappointing performances last season. But is there room for optimism this season?Wrexham and Swansea have another week's preparation for the start of the Championship season - and both have been making plenty of headlines over the summer. The Dragons have showed their promotion intent again with some eye-catching signings, and they're not finished yet. The Swans took everyone by surprise with the announcement that Snoop Dogg has become a co-owner as an investor. It's building up nicely to be another fascinating season for Welsh football.
