We cover various mental health topics from Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, BPD/EUPD, Childhood Trauma, to coping mechanisms and strategies - these topics are explored within our guests' stories and their real-life experiences.

    Jessie Chung sits down and talks to us about her experience dealing with OCD, Anxiety, Depression and Addiction.  Jessie was born in Canada but currently lives in the UK. Jessie is a big mental health advocate and wants to spread positivity through her mental health journey. Jessie is also hugely passionate about Spanish and Latina culture and she is also currently working on two books alongside writing poetry.   [00:00 – 8:11] Opening Segment.     Luc Carter On Dealing With Loss And Overcoming Suicide.

    During high school Luc Carter unfortunately lost his good friend to suicide. He speaks on how he dealt with this trauma and the way this loss affected him.  Luc speaks about how just before his 18th birthday he had the intention of taking his own life. Thankfully, he managed to overcome this with support and therapy. Luc tells us the techniques he used to help him get through his struggles, such as connecting with yourself and being mindful. Luc is now an advocate for positive mental health and wants to show people that you can overcome your struggles and no matter what you are going through you have people around you who will support you and love you.     Serena Pergola speaks about her struggles with Anxiety alongside being a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence. Serena also suffers with chronic pain issues, such as migraines and back pains caused by being a completive gymnast.     Harry Potvin on Depression, Anxiety and Suicide.

    Harry Potvin, former varsity swimmer, speaks on his issues dealing with depression, anxiety and suicide. Harry tells us how during high school he never had time to focus on his mental health, when he went to University he realised that his mental health had been suffering for a while, but had never paid attention to it. He now advocates for people to speak openly about their mental health to the people in their lives and this is always a great help.     4 years ago Chloe was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, Generalised anxiety disorder and Anorexia. She tells us how she is overcoming these struggles along with self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Over the years Chloe has tried a few different methods to aid her along with these struggles. Chloe is starting DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) soon and is hopeful that this way of combating intrusive thoughts will be beneficial to her.     Brooke Barnes on PTSD, Disassociation and Depersonalisation/Derealization

    During high school, Brooke struggled with depression and anxiety. After leaving an abusive relationship she was diagnosed with PTSD, dissociation and depersonalisation/derealization. Over the years Brooke has taken medication to try and help her along with her journey but found that talk therapy along with a good support system is what really helped her. Brooke is a big advocate for mental health and wants to help inspire people and let them know that it is okay not to always be okay.     Millie started noticing symptoms of trauma when she was 13 years old. It became worst across her teenage years where she struggled with self-harm and having suicidal tendencies.
