Aunque no sabemos su nombre, Mateo nos informa que se trataba de un escriba (Mat. 8:19); es decir, alguien familiarizado con las Escrituras. Nadie lo estaba reclutando. Aparentemente, su intención era buena. Sin embargo, el texto bíblico sugiere que tenía una visión superficial sobre el costo del discipulado. Después de aparecer de forma repentina en la narración, desaparece, y nos quedamos sin saber qué decisión tomó.Cuando la Biblia omite el desenlace de una historia, el lector puede deducir un final compatible consigo mismo. ¿Tú seguirías a un líder rechazado, sufrido, que no tenía dónde recostar la cabeza? Para cualquier judío del primer siglo, esta idea sonaba completamente extraña. La nación de Israel ansiaba un libertador poderoso, no un caminante que se ponía en una posición inferior a las aves y a las zorras. Seguramente la respuesta de Jesús decepcionó al escriba.Cristo mostró que, en lugar de comodidad, dominio y riquezas, su misión implicaba humillación, cruz y sepulcro. El enfoque del Hijo del Hombre no era buscar honores o posiciones humanas, sino salvar al pecador. Y, de manera extraordinaria, él decidió que este camino se recorrería con simplicidad. Mientras que las aves tenían sus nidos y las zorras sus guaridas, el Creador del Universo no tenía un lugar para morar.Posiblemente Jesús haya mencionado a las aves y las zorras como una alusión a las naciones gentiles y a sus líderes, como, por ejemplo, los romanos. El propio Cristo llamó a Herodes "zorra" (Luc. 13:32). En otras palabras, el Maestro dijo: "Si quieren comodidad, sigan a las 'aves', que adornan sus nidos con plumas, y a las 'zorras', que dirigen sus negocios con mucha astucia".Y tú, ¿cuál de estos estilos quieres seguir? ¿Humildad o astucia? ¿Privación o comodidad? Recuerda que seguir a Jesús tiene un costo. Pero, no importa lo que tengas que pasar, el final siempre valdrá la pena.

En los patios de los colegios, el fútbol ocupa la mayor parte del espacio. Es por eso que en algunas localidades se ha propuesto la reorganización de estos espacios. Es el caso de las Islas Baleares, donde se ha levantado una polémica a raíz de varias publicaciones que hablaban de prohibición. En 24 Horas de RNE conocemos la opinión de Lucía Muñoz, coordinadora de Podemos en las Islas Baleares y regidora en el Ayuntamiento de Palma; Álex Letosa, CEO del Centro Camina y psicólogo experto en Educación del Colegio Oficial de Psicología de Cataluña; y Pepita Costa, consejera escolar de las Islas Baleares.Muñoz recuerda que su medida no significa la prohibición de jugar al fútbol, como numerosos grupos y medios han publicado, sino que se basa en la reorganización y promover renaturalización de los patios escolares para fomentar la igualdad y la coeducación. Apunta que está basada en estudios que señalan que los patios funcionan "como una microsociedad" en las que se refuerzan las desigualdades y "limita el acceso al juego y al espacio público desde la infancia". La iniciativa, dice, no es nueva, y defiende que hay docentes y familias que "luchan desde hace años" por esto.Como experto, Letosa comenta que estos espacios se vienen regulando desde hace tiempo, por lo que le sorprendió la polémica y que se hablara de "prohibición". "No se habla de la regulación del fútbol sino del patio", dice. Opinión que comparte Costa. "Cuando un solo juego ocupa la mayor parte del espacio y el tiempo el problema no es el juego en sí, sino la falta de organización y acompañamiento por parte de esos alumnos de esos adultos que somos nosotros, los docentes, la comunidad educativa, que tenemos la obligación de organizar", cuenta la consejera, "tenemos que intervenir porque si no corremos el riesgo de reproducir desigualdades que la escuela no debería ayudar a reproducir".Escuchar audio

Cada paso parece ir tejido en un conjunto de movimientos que crea un baile contorneante e hipnótico. Ella no deja de sonreír a la cámara. 116 años después el profesor de la Universidad de Alicante Kiko Mora logró identificar a la mujer como Carmen Dauset Moreno, 'Carmencita'. En este Viaje de ida Pepe Rubio nos lleva a la vida de esta bailarina que conquistó a los americanos al ritmo de bulerías, cuyas piernas fueron aseguradas por 5.000 dólares en Boston, que giró por todo Estados Unidos y terminó en las calles de Brasil. Una figura desconocida que aún se sigue investigando pero desde luego histórica en todo el mundo.
