His story is just absolutely amazing in my opinion. His stories of deployments, loss, and his own struggles with what he had to endure during his time in the Navy just gave me chills. Awesome episode, many people do not think about the scope of what our military forces do overseas. Not only do they fight and protect our way of life and our freedom, they also help save lives. On this episode, Mr. Tony Tran of iDirect Government talks about his story and his mom's story how she escaped communist troops in Vietnam in 1975. Awesome story of how our Military saves the lives of more than just Americans. Without the US Military involvement who knows how Tony and his mom's life would have turned out. Thank you iDirect Government for your support for this foundation and our men and women in Uniform! Welcome to the madness!!! This is about me and my family, how deeply rooted we are in the U. S. Military that really starts with our Dad getting deployed to the Philippines during the Vietnam War. If that doesn't happen He doesn't meet my mom, doesn't bring my older brother home, and none of us are here. We laugh, cry, and just have a good time talking about us. Joe (oldest) who was just 8 years old when he met our dad, Patty who was born on Clark Airforce Base outside of Manilla, My self 6 deployments in Satellite communications, Arza 6 deployments in the Field Artillery, and the youngest Jesse 10 deployments in FA and Military Police. We recorded this episode in a garage, not a sound room so there's a-lot of horrible audio, background noise, and echo... I will try and do better next time!! Cheers I hope you enjoy it!!

Meet Capt Pete Dahlberg, "Walleye Pete". I met Capt Pete last summer through a mutual friend and immediately thought to myself "If I ever start a Podcast I gotta interview this guy" He is retired airforce of 22 years and instead of taking that government/contracting job (like most of us do) he started running charters in the Chesapeake Bay Area. I've been watching him these last few months and he is absolutely slaying the redfish up there. He explains his service, how he got started running charters, and no one on the Bay runs as hard as Capt Pete. Enjoy!!! Please take some time and search WalleyePete on instagram, you won't be disappointed!! He's landed over 70 Redfish over 40" in the last two months and lost countless more.
