From Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_)  Its a reminder for all of us to “Trust the process. Always remember that… You can have the worst days of your life and a few weeks later you can have the best day of your life. Keep pushing through.”  This is something that hits me hard when I reflect on it - and truthfully I do have a bit more time to reflect now a days. It get me thinking about how proud of my little 8 year old self would be of my 59 year old self.  That 8 year old is part of me and has been since I was that age. I do have plenty to be proud of that I have pushed through and not given up. It helps me to also connect with Seek Wiser (@SeekWiser_) that shared this: “Hardest thing right now is, finding people with pure intentions”  Part of our process needs to keep focusing in doing the right thing.
