    I asked Instagram what nutrition myth you guys want clarity with & here are some questions asked! 1. Fruits are as unhealthy as candy? 2. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day? 3. Banana has the most potassium ? 4. Honey/agave syrup is better than sugar for fat loss? 5. Fat free food are better? 6. Eating late at night makes you gain weight? 7. Eating after 8pm makes you gain weight? 8. Eating 500 cals at 10pm is worse than 500cals at 6pm? 9. Red wine is good for your health? 10. Alcohol in controlled quantities helps with blood circulation? 11. You need to drink milk for strong bones? 12. Everyone should cut gluten out of their diet? 13. Meat is a nesscary part of a balanced diet? 14. Drinking cold water will slow ur weight loss progress? 15. Rice is bad for you or rice makes you fat? 16. You dont get enough protein/iron as vegetarians? 17. Low-sugar , less-sugar labels are unhealthier? 18. Banana isisnt a fruit that helps you to lose weight but gain weight instead due to its high sugar levels? 19. Too much biscuits and bread cause water retention? 20. Meal replacement shakes which meets all your daily nutritional requirement for weight loss? 21. First food should be protein followed by others for better digestion ? 22. Eating brown rice is better than white rice?
