The White House border czar Tom Homan announced that at least 1,000 federal officers have left Minnesota as their ICE surge operation in the state comes to a close. That's according to an interview with CBS News Sunday. Homan said several hundred more will leave today and tomorrow. In the weeks that ICE agents were here at peak numbers, hundreds of reports of civil rights violations from protestors, legal observers, and other Minnesotans piled up at the office of the ACLU of Minnesota. They are still busy collecting and sorting accounts, and this past Friday the organization added the stories of more than 80 Minnesotans in a lawsuit against the federal government. John Boehler is policy counsel at the ACLU of Minnesota and he joined Minnesota Now to talk about what's next.
In this episode, the journey takes a dramatic turn as Brian's podcasting career reaches new heights and dangerous new lows. What begins as a powerful collection of witness encounters from across the country — a conservation officer in Minnesota's Boundary Waters, a Mississippi fisherman on the Big Black River, a West Virginia coal miner who found something living deep underground, and a Cajun folk healer who speaks of the loup-garou with reverence rather than fear — quickly evolves into something far more consequential.A television producer named Amanda from Meridian Productions returns with an offer to bring Sasquatch Odyssey to the screen as a legitimate documentary series. Brian agrees, but only on his terms: editorial control, no sensationalism, and absolute respect for the witnesses. The production takes the team from the Olympic Peninsula to the Ozarks and back to the Pisgah National Forest, where the mystery of Austin Reeves still lingers in every shadow and hollow. But the closer Brian gets to the truth, the harder certain forces push back. A devastating act of arson destroys his home, his studio, and nearly everything he and Daniel have built together. The local investigation is a sham, but an ATF agent named Sarah Brown finds evidence of professional-grade incendiary devices and a cover-up that reaches far above her pay grade.Rather than retreat, Brian and Daniel rebuild — bigger, stronger, and more determined than ever. The episode also explores the emotional toll of this work through quieter moments: the frustration of sorting genuine encounters from fabrications, the patience required to find voices like eighty-two-year-old Lucille Marsh from rural Georgia, and the steady, grounding presence of Daniel through it all. From Wisconsin dairy farms to Nebraska sandhills, witnesses from the American heartland reveal that these creatures aren't just hiding in remote wilderness — they've adapted to live alongside us in the margins, watching from the edges of our everyday world. The documentary airs, reaches millions, and ignites a national conversation. The community grows. The threats continue. And the odyssey pushes forward, one story at a time.

Defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins us live for a comprehensive analysis of two major murder cases: the Michael McKee prosecution in Ohio and the Kouri Richins trial beginning in Utah.On McKee: The affidavit is unsealed. Surveillance footage allegedly places him at the Tepe property three weeks before the murders. Witnesses describe years of death threats. His phone went dark during the killing window. His vehicle was allegedly tracked arriving before and leaving after. Eric breaks down the prosecution's strongest evidence—then reveals the defense playbook: the motions to exclude prior abuse, the hearsay fights over Monique's statements, and how to reframe damning evidence for a jury.On Richins: Trial starts February 23rd, but the prosecution is wounded. A new motion alleges investigators threatened witnesses with arrest and immunity revocation if they didn't cooperate. Key witness Robert Crozier has recanted, now saying he sold OxyContin, not fentanyl. The FBI profiler is limited. Domestic violence evidence is excluded. The "Walk the Dog" letter is only partially in.No fentanyl recovered. No pills. Five times the lethal dose—but a broken supply chain and a witness who says he got it wrong.Eric Faddis has prosecuted cases like these and defended them. He knows what each side is planning and what keeps them up at night.Join us live with your questions for the complete breakdown.#MichaelMcKee #MoniqueTepe #KouriRichins #EricRichins #LiveTrueCrime #MurderTrial #HiddenKillersLive #WitnessRecants #TrueCrimeAnalysis #WitnessIntimidationJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Trial starts February 23rd. Kouri Richins faces aggravated murder charges in the fentanyl poisoning death of her husband Eric Richins. And with two weeks to go, the case is in chaos.Defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins us live to break down the last-minute developments rocking this prosecution. A new motion alleges witness intimidation—the lead detective allegedly threatened a witness with a warrant and "a catch pole for the dog" if they didn't answer prep calls. Another investigator allegedly told a witness their immunity could be revoked if they stopped cooperating. Is this witness intimidation? Or hardball tactics that happen in every major case? Eric provides the legal analysis. Then there's the Crozier recantation. Robert Crozier was supposed to be the link in the fentanyl supply chain. He originally said he sold fentanyl to the housekeeper who allegedly gave it to Kouri. Now he says it was OxyContin—and he was detoxing during the original interview. Can the prosecution's sourcing theory survive this blow? We'll examine Judge Mrazik's key rulings: limiting what the FBI profiler can say, excluding domestic violence evidence, and partially admitting the "Walk the Dog" letter allegedly instructing witness tampering. No fentanyl was ever found. No pills. No forensic link. The toxicology shows five times the lethal dose—but how do you prove murder when your supply chain is broken?Join us live with your questions as we preview one of the most closely watched trials of 2025.#KouriRichins #EricRichins #LiveTrueCrime #WitnessIntimidation #UtahMurderTrial #FentanylPoisoning #HiddenKillersLive #WalkTheDogLetter #TrialPreview #WitnessRecantsJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Fourteen days before jury selection and the Kouri Richins case just got even messier — for the prosecution. In a motion filed Sunday, defense attorneys Kathy Nester and Wendy Lewis accused Detective Jeff O'Driscoll and investigator Travis Hopper of threatening and harassing state witnesses. The filing includes text message screenshots allegedly showing O'Driscoll warning one witness she'd be arrested and held in a jail cell if she didn't cooperate with trial prep. He reportedly told her to show up "every day at 8:00" for the entire five-week trial when she asked for a specific date. And yes, he allegedly threatened to bring "a catch pole for the dog."A second witness with immunity claims Hopper told them their deal was conditional on continued cooperation — despite having already given a full statement two years prior. This adds to mounting questions about how this investigation was conducted. O'Driscoll's credibility was already challenged in January suppression hearings over whether he knew Richins had legal representation. And the prosecution's drug source, Robert Crozier, has recanted his claim that he sold fentanyl to Carmen Lauber — now saying it was OxyContin.Kouri Richins has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in her husband Eric's March 2022 death. She has maintained her innocence throughout and remains in Summit County Jail awaiting trial. Prosecutors say substantial evidence remains. The defense says the state's case is crumbling.Trial begins February 23, 2026.#KouriRichins #KouriRichinsTrial #EricRichins #DetectiveODriscoll #WitnessIntimidation #SummitCounty #UtahMurder #FentanylCase #KathyNester #TrueCrimeJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Trial begins February 23rd. Seven weeks. Over 100 potential witnesses. Kouri Richins faces aggravated murder charges in the fentanyl poisoning death of Eric Richins. And heading into opening statements, both sides are wounded.Defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis provides comprehensive analysis of the developments threatening to reshape this trial. The witness intimidation motion is explosive. The defense alleges detective Jeff O'Driscoll texted a witness saying cooperate with prep calls or the next knock comes with a warrant and "a catch pole for the dog." Investigator Travis Hopper allegedly told a witness their previously granted immunity "remains conditional" on continued cooperation. Eric analyzes whether this crosses the line from aggressive tactics into actual witness intimidation under Utah law—and what happens if Judge Mrazik grants the defense motion demanding all communications between prosecutors and witnesses. The Crozier recantation may be more damaging. Robert Crozier was the state's link between street-level fentanyl and the housekeeper allegedly in the supply chain to Kouri. He now says he sold OxyContin, not fentanyl—and that he was detoxing during his original interview. The defense calls this case-ending. Eric breaks down whether the prosecution can survive it.We examine every significant pretrial ruling: FBI profiler limitations, excluded domestic violence evidence, and the partial admission of the "Walk the Dog" letter allegedly found in Kouri's jail cell.No fentanyl recovered. No pills. No forensic link. Five times the lethal dose in Eric's body. The supply chain is broken. The modern crisis of intimacy does not arise because men fear evolved women or because women intimidate fragile men, but because both genders continue to perform inherited power roles whose original survival functions have expired, mistaking insulation for wholeness and usefulness for belonging while intimacy quietly exits the structure.
https://thecommunists.org/2025/10/31/news/model-motion-oppose-arrest-intimidation-journalists-political-activists/ The imperialists' media lies are essential to their genocidal war efforts; workers must refuse to allow their propaganda to go unchallenged. As the drive into WW3 accelerates, it is no coincidence that increasing numbers of journalists and political activists in Britain are being targeted under draconian ‘anti-terror' legislation. The ruling class knows that keeping its grip on the narrative is an essential prerequisite for keeping its grip on power and continuing to prosecute its criminal wars abroad and vicious austerity at home. Mass opposition from the organised working class is the only force that can withstand and reverse this trend. Today, Paul M. Neuberger exposes the truth behind the label “Christian nationalism.” Not with fear. Not with retreat. With clarity, courage, and conviction. The world throws slurs. The culture strategizes shame. But we don't flinch. We don't soften our stance. We don't apologize for Christ's authority over every corner of life. The cost? Intimidation. Ridicule. Pressure to silence and conform. But brothers and sisters—Jesus is still Lord in the boardroom, in the marketplace, in our nation. When the headline comes for you, and the pressure mounts—will you stand firm?Ready yourself. This episode is raw, real, and rooted in truth. Buckle up. Faith doesn't stop at agreement—it launches us into bold action. Are you ready to stand?"Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance." –Psalm 33:12Episode Highlights:01:59 – This episode isn't about politics. First, it's about lordship. It's about authority. It's about whether Jesus reigns over every area of life or whether we've agreed to keep him confined to Sunday mornings while the culture dictates everything else. We're going to educate you, we're going to expose what's really happening, we're going to strip the propaganda away, and we're going to prepare you not to be angry, not to be reckless, but to be bold, grounded, and completely unmovable. Because the days of apologetic Christianity are over.20:11 – A nation shaped by biblical truth is not something to dread. In fact, it's something to be desired. Scripture is remarkably consistent on this point. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. That verse doesn't come with a footnote saying only in private or only inside church walls. Of course, it's a declaration of reality. Nations are either ordered towards righteousness or they drift toward decay. There is not a third option.33:29 – Fear loses its grip. Shame dissolves, clarity replaces confusion. The enemy expects retreat, but instead encounters resolve. Wearing a label as a badge of honor doesn't mean embracing a false definition. It means refusing to be intimidated by accusation. It means recognizing that obedience will always provoke resistance in a world that rejects God.Connect with Paul M. NeubergerWebsite
In this episode of the Chuck ToddCast, Chuck examines the deadly ICE shooting in Minneapolis and the political, moral, and institutional failures surrounding it. As the administration rushes to rationalize the killing rather than investigate it—despite video evidence and eyewitness accounts that contradict its narrative—Chuck unpacks how DHS rhetoric, recruitment tactics, and targeted ICE deployments appear designed to provoke confrontation and fuel fear. The conversation moves beyond partisan lines to ask what accountability should look like when federal power is used this way, why affected communities are unlikely to trust the investigation, and how the tragedy is being exploited as propaganda. Ultimately, Chuck argues this moment reveals both the fragility and resilience of American democracy, the political danger facing Republicans, and why “whataboutism” has become one of the most corrosive forces in our national discourse. Economy Trump’s Tariffs Are Sinking The Eurozone German trade surpluses are shrinking, with 2025 exports to the US projected down 7% and overall trade surplus far below 2024 levels. Structural challenges—especially Chinese competition in automotive—compound short-term pressures, threatening Germany’s role as Eurozone anchor. A German recession risks Eurozone-wide contagion, potential ECB stimulus, and euro depreciation, clouding the outlook for 2026. Since tariffs stepped in, the Eurozone has struggled with exports and hasn’t even retaliated to them. A passive approach that shows off all its weaknesses and, above all, is sinking the economy of its major member: Germany. Germany was already stuck with a negative GDP growth before tariffs, but the latter are acting as a final blow for the third economy in the world. A couple of weeks ago I pointed out the main risks that concern Japan (the fourth economy in the world); now it is time to assess the shape of the German economy. How tariffs are hitting Germany Germany's total exports in 2024 amounted to $1.63 trillion, and 11% of these goods were exported to the US, the main trading partner. Just this data says a lot; in fact, Germany used to rely on the US to generate billions and billions of trade surpluses. A sort of Chinese approach, but at a lower scale. Now, almost every European good exported to the US is subject to a 15% tariff, which is making German goods less convenient for US companies. We know that the latter pay most of the tariffs, and this means bearing higher costs of goods sold, therefore lower profits. Companies don't like to reduce their net profit margin, so it is not a surprise they are looking around to find new trading partners. On top of this significant issue, the currency fluctuations are adding further pressure on German exports.. Rep. Cunningham, a fellow Democrat who provided a critical vote to override the Governor's veto of the bill, alleges McFadden threatened her safety to influence her vote. According to the petition, McFadden told Cunningham that if she continued to support the bill, the “people of Mecklenburg County would ‘come after' her.” The filing claims McFadden added, “I don't want to see you get hurt. You live in my county.” Cunningham described the interaction as “akin to a mafia boss demanding money by saying ‘nice little store you've got there; it would be a shame if anything happened to it.’” District Attorney Merriweather confirmed he has asked the SBI's Professional Standards Unit to investigate the claims before his office decides whether to proceed with the removal petition. The DA's letter to the SBI specifically requests an investigation into: Extortion and bribery. Economic threats made to influence legislation. Hatch Act violations (regarding improper political activity). State campaign finance violations. Brilliant Restitution Plan – President Trump Announces Interim Venezuela Oil Payment of $2 Billion This is way beyond winning, this is stunningly brilliant strategy. Not only has President Trump successfully apprehended Venezuela dictator Nicolas Maduro, but the remaining interim government officials have acquiesced to fund a civil restitution plan to pay for their malfeasance. The government that stole from its people is being forced to pay restitution for their own fraud, abuse and misconduct. [SOURCE] The 30 to 50 million barrels of oil is approximately a $2 billion self-created reconstruction effort. Compare and contrast this approach with the trillions of U.S. taxpayer funds that were used in the failed efforts in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, etcetera…. or even Kuwait, albeit the Kuwaiti's offered, but prior U.S. leadership chose influence over restitution. In this example, almost immediately the funds now in the control of President Trump can be deployed to the greater benefit of the Venezuelan people. Another way to look at this is like a type of ‘sovereign wealth fund' created by the corrupt Venezuelan officials, using the resources that belong to the Venezuelan people, to support the interim needs of the same citizens they victimized. Well done President Trump and Secretary Rubio! Source: theconservativetreehouse.com The second phase will be a phase that we call recovery. And that is ensuring that American, western, and other companies have access to the Venezuelan market in a way that’s fair, also at the same time, begin to create the process of reconciliation nationally, within Venezuela, so that the opposition forces can be amnestied and released from prisons, and brought back to the country, and begin to rebuild civil society. And then the third phase, is of course will be one of transition. Some of this will overlap. I’ve described this to them (Venezuela) in great detail. We’ll have more detail in the days to follow. His agency is auditing all 14 Medicaid programs that Minnesota flagged as vulnerable to fraud; that excludes 73 other Medicaid programs Minnesota runs. The agency also will “claw back that money” from current Medicaid payments that were to be made to Minnesota, Oz told Fox News. “This is a major problem for the state, because they've got to own the fact that they have been bilking the federal taxpayer [because of] their sloppy behavior for years,” Oz said. Oz said his agency has had difficulty tracking at least $500 million in Medicaid payments to Minnesota. Available data makes it hard to figure out how it was billed and “where it went,” he said. Just send them our way. […] We have great, common-sense policy. They have horrendous policy. What they do, is they stick together. They never have a no vote. Trump wasn’t whining that he is afraid of impeachment — he was spitting facts: if Democrats win, impeachment is inevitable; so, don’t let them win and show them this is how you do it. Trump made clear to Republicans that they must hammer home their common-sense, America-forward policies and contrast those against the truly terrible schemes of the Democrats. Join Jim and Greg for the Wednesday 3 Martini Lunch as they recoil at Democrats' attempts to cover up corruption and failure but are glad to see it exposed. They also weigh on President Trump urging Republicans to be "flexible" when it comes to taxpayer-funded abortions.First, they welcome a day of congressional hearings that expose the full scope of the massive Minnesota welfare fraud scandal and the extraordinary lengths state officials allegedly went to hide it. Jim and Greg highlight testimony detailing how whistleblowers inside state government were pressured and intimidated in an effort to prevent the truth from emerging.Next, they reject President Trump's call for congressional Republicans to have flexibility on the Hyde Amendment as part of extending the Covid-era Obamacare subsidies. The Hyde Amendment forbids taxpayer dollars to be used to pay for abortions. Jim says flexibility is not even a practical option on this issue and Greg wants to know why Trump is asking the GOP to surrender any ground on this issue when its already making a huge concession. Finally, they fume as the author of the report on the Pacific Palisades fire refuses to endorse it after politicians and fire officials made "substantial modifications" and "significant deletions of information" to make the LAFD look better in its response to the fires. What happens when a daughter writes two letters a week to her mom for ten years while breaking into one of the most male-dominated industries in America? You get a time-capsule memoir packed with real deals, real setbacks, and real strategies that still work. We're joined by Dr. Mary Mitchell, who rose through the 1980s pulp, paper, and timber world negotiating 60 contracts at a time, feeding mills through strikes and shortages, and outmaneuvering intimidation with a calm, data-first style.Mary walks us through the volatile market forces that defined the decade—interest rates near 20 percent, housing crashes, export booms—and how she turned chaos into leverage with scenario planning, meticulous market intel, and relentless relationship-building with everyone from tug dispatchers to scale houses. She unpacks her “plain vanilla” negotiation approach: ignore the theatrics, return to price and inventory, anticipate failure modes, and have ten counters ready when they hit. The stories are vivid: rescuing a mill with hog fuel dug from a forgotten valley, barging sawdust into San Francisco, and earning a rival's backhanded compliment for never leaving a dime on the table. We also talk about boundaries and resilience. Mary shares how she handled inappropriate advances by steering back to business, why preparation disarms bullies, and how confidence grows when you ask the “dumb” questions first. For students of negotiation, supply chain pros, and women navigating male-heavy fields, this conversation doubles as a practical playbook and a compelling narrative. Her letters are now a memoir, and her methods are as relevant to today's complex markets as they were when strikes shut down mills and trucks lined the yard.Grab the book on Kindle now, with paperback, hardback, and audio on the way. Jeff revisits the UFO incursions at Vandenberg Air Force Base, explains what it was like to testify before Congress, and details the intimidation and surveillance tactics faced by witnesses both before and after the hearings. He also discusses why whistleblower protections are still failing, how national security is used to shield secrecy, and what's really happening behind closed doors as lawmakers attempt to navigate classified systems. The conversation explores: What the public didn't see after the UAP hearings ended Why reputation destruction is often used instead of outright silencing The New Jersey drone/UAP flap and why many sightings remain unresolved The growing cultural impact of The Age of Disclosure documentary Steven Spielberg's return to UFOs and why art may lead disclosure Why reality itself may be far stranger than “ET vs human tech” debates Jeff also offers three bold predictions for 2026, including future hearings, new witnesses coming forward, and major shake-ups within the UFO community. https://gofund.me/53a2558ef

The impact of today's major judicial events is already being felt far and wide. This is how spook judges get favors. Fast moves are unsustainable. The domino decision. How does the Tina Peters case compare? The delay technicality will have repurcusions. No vindication involved. Do you think we are that stupid? Who has authority and how is it granted? It's either pressure, patience or a strategy. A big boomerang lull is coming. MAGA should not be pissed. Methodical, precise and stealthy. There is a real person of interest to talk about. A Harris County Jail is used to keep people quit. Witnesses, assets or liabilities. Big megaphones always rule. The time space battlefield is never defended. Intimidation will not replace legality. Comey is all over this. Non certified machines were used against Trump in 2020. Dirty money is coming in. Military stars are involved in coup planning. The AI complications trip people up. Covering up crimes creates more. Let's stop focusing on falsehoods. Imagine a merit based media. Our woman just wants to fix things. The Colorado system deserves wrecking. It kind of had to be this way. People deserve clarity, facts and a complete version of the truth. It's both a vision and a goal.
