“Donald J. The show premiered on NBC in 2004 and became a rating’s hit for NBC. Overnight, Trump went from “bigoted man who can’t keep a business afloat” to that lovable host who says “Ya fired!” The big question is, if we had applied a little bit of scrutiny to Trump’s public scandals or at the very least, prevented him from becoming a reality TV show host, would we have been spared a Trump presidency?
