Shawn Christian can be currently seen as Dr. Daniel Jonas on NBC Daytime's "Days of our Lives." Prior to joining this show, Christian was first remembered originating the role of Mike Kasnoff from former CBS Daytime soap, "As the World Turns." After leaving the show in 1997, he later was briefly seen on ABC Daytime's "One Life to Live." From there, he went to Los Angeles, and starred in the series, "Summerland," for two season before it was canceled. This interview, we talked about his time on ATWT, as well what we can possibly expect coming up for his character on DAYS.

Charles Shaughnessy is best known to television audiences as Shane Donovan from NBC Daytime's "Days of our Lives," as well as Maxwell Sheffield from the sitcom, "The Nanny." Shaughnessy's portrayal of Shane alongside former co-star Patsy Pease (Kim Brady) was loved by the fans and was deemed a supercouple. He reprised the role in May 2010 in a storyline associated with Alice Horton/Frances Reid's passing. Shaughnessy would then go on to play Maxwell Sheffield on "The Nanny" alongside Fran Drescher.  He then would reunite with Drescher on the former WB show, "Living with Fran" as Fran's ex-husband. Shaughnessy can currently be seen in the popular web series, "THE BAY."

They may play the best of frenemies on NBC Daytime's Days of Our Lives, but legions of fans are positively "Chill" with the possibilty of Chad and Will sharing more than a few benefits on the soap. On today's Daytime Confidential podcast, Luke and Jamey welcome Casey Deidrick and Chandler Massey, who this Saturday, March 12 at 7 pm PST, will co-host the hottest sketch comedy show in Los Angeles, ACME Saturday Night. Casey and Chandler's co-hosting gig comes on the heels of their recent appearance in ACME's new improvisational showcase, Celebrity Improv Mashup. Are two of soaps fave teen hunks preparing for dual careers as comedians? You'll think so after this podcast. Casey and Chandler also comment on the phenomenon that is "Chill", revealing their thoughts on the possibilty of their popular characters being Friends of Glee. Then they dish about the onscreen ladies in their lives, Camila Banus, who plays Will Horton's onscreen squeeze Gabi and newcomer Kate Mansi who plays Abby Deveraux, the newly-returned legacy character who has caught Chad's eye. Suzanne Rogers, Maggie Horton from NBC Daytime's Days of our Lives, will be making an appearance for the first time on BuzzWorthy Radio! A former Rockette, Rogers started with the show in 1973. Her character was killed off in 2003, the third victim of the Salem Stalker story arc. The storyline was controversial, and resulted in the firing of nine veteran actors over the course of a year. Eventually, executive producer Ken Corday rehired all of the fired actors with new contracts. The storyline was explained as being a hoax. Rogers is the only current cast member on Days to have won an Emmy in a competitive category. Rogers was diagnosed with the rare muscle disease myasthenia gravis in 1984, but is currently in remission. Later, Rogers insisted that her character, Maggie, be diagnosed with the same disease on the show, in order to educate viewers.

Alison Brie stops by BuzzWorthy Radio, aka BALLSworthy Radio, for another visit, Alison Brie stars as Annie, a high-strung perfectionist, in the new NBC comedy series "Community." Brie can currently be seen as Trudy Campbell on the award-winning drama series "Mad Men," which returns in August 2009. She will also appear in a film titled "Montana Amazon" with Olympia Dukakis and Haley Joel Osment, slated for release later this year. Brie was born in Hollywood, California, and grew up in the Los Angeles suburb of South Pasadena. Interested in acting at an early age, she began her career performing in community theatre shows at the Jewish Community Center in Los Feliz. After graduating from South Pasadena High School, Brie attended California Institute of the Arts where she received her B.F.A. in acting. While there, she was one of the original cast members in the world premiere of "The Peach Blossom Fan," performed as the inaugural theatre production at Disney's REDCAT Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. Brie also studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland. Since graduating, Brie has continued to work in all forms of media, including film, television and theatre. She has performed in the Blank Theatre Company's Young Playwright's festival and in shows at the Odyssey, Write-Act, and Rubicon Theatres, receiving an Indy Award for her haunting performance as Ophelia in the Rubicon's production of "Hamlet." Brie guest-starred on Comedy Central and Disney's "Hannah Montana" and landed leading roles in some independent films before her current role in "Community." Brie currently lives in South Pasadena, California. In a taped segment, Bryan Dattilo, Lucas Roberts from NBC Daytime's Days of our Lives, stopped by and discussed the talent search event in Detroit. Also, Dattilo spoke of his brief hiatus with the show, and what he would like to see for Lucas.
