Chinggay and Patty have a huge slice of humble pie this week as their former Hallmark hates become this week's big winners. While we wish Jaicy Elliot and Brant Daughtery could get a better storyline (no more stupid fables, please), we have no notes for the ultimate Zaddy himself, Brennan Elliot. Patty makes peace with Barbara Niven, while Chinggay eats her words and admits we got a Jessy Schram-tastic movie in Mystic Christmas. Surprise surprise, Chandler Massey finally gets in BMIH's good graces.Christmas By Design (Rebecca Dalton, Jonathan Keltz)Joyeux Noel (Jaicy Elliot, Brant Daugherty)Ms. Christmas Comes To Town (Erica Durance, Brennan Elliott, Barbara Niven)Mystic Christmas (Jessy Schram, Chandler Massey, Patti Murin, William R. It was recently announced that there will be 41 original movies this holiday season premiering across many of Hallmark's entertainment platforms, including Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and the Hallmark Movies Now app. Will the Hollywood Strike Affect Hallmark Movies? According to Heavy.com, the impending IATSE strike could possibly affect the production of new Hallmark movies either not filmed yet or not completed with post-production. It will be interesting to watch this unfold over the next few weeks. What Movies are in 2021 Countdown to Christmas? Of the 41 original new movies, Hallmark has released the titles, cast, and synopses for only nine movies. We know the turn around time on these movies is really tight. Some movies on the schedule are likely not even in production yet. On September 30, 2021 @SleepyKittyPaw shared this list of movies expected to premiere during Countdown to Christmas. This person says they are 99% sure the 19 movies listed under "Not Yet Officially Announced" are all for the Hallmark Channel's Countdown to Christmas. War Journal tells the story of one of the most incredible escapes in World War II,“ said the film’s producer, writer and director Tim Gray. Gray is also Founder of the non-profit World War II Foundation and President of Tim Gray Media. “Two Americans, both escapees of Bataan, Damon Gause from Corregidor as well who, in 1942, in a leaky 20-foot fishing boat, escaped and sailed from the Philippines to Australia and freedom,” Gray said. It took Gause and fellow American William Lloyd Osborne 52 days and 3,200 miles to reach freedom. During the trip, the Americans faced typhoons, constant threats from Japanese ships, submarines and airplanes, lack of water and food and even a visit to a leper colony. When the two Americans arrived at General Douglas MacArthur’s office in Brisbane, Australia the only thing the General could say was “Well, I’ll be damned.”

In two can't-miss clips, Ciara finally learns the truth and Will overcomes his brain tumor. Rob Scott Wilson and Victoria Konefal offer up their commentary on the plan to expose Claire. Sometimes, it's tough being a soap fan. But tonight, we’re going to look at some of the reasons the future is looking incredibly bright for our favorite sudsy dramas. GENERAL HOSPITAL has not one but two huge stories set to explode... and tell you what they are. (Plus, we'll discuss what GH can do to keep the ball rolling... as well as a few areas in which we think they could approve!) THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS has no writers taking over, and we'll ask for your take on how to fix what many feel is pretty badly broken. With Eileen Davidson and Chandler Massey set to depart DAYS OF OUR LIVES in the not-too-distant future, we'll examine why we think the show will manage to survive the huge losses just fine. And finally, we'll take a look at THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL’s new additions… and muse over how a show can do so many things right and yet fail in one particular area. Join Soaps In Depth's executive editor Richard M. Simms for some fun conversation... and remember, as always, it's all about you, so if you've got something you want to discuss, give us a call and let your voice be heard!
