They're gone. They're just gone. I was brought up at a time when your emotions should never, never appear in the room with you. I mean, we didn't have them. And so I'm afraid to a great extent, I still don't have them and maybe humor is the way I deal with my emotions, for the most part. Thoughts on Breathing His name is James Nestor, and he just wrote the book Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art. It is a wonderful book, and appreciate it and read the whole thing. Thanks to him, I am learning to close my mouth when I read. It's simple. There's nothing elaborate or crazy about it. A lot of us know now about box breath, square breath, relaxing relaxation techniques, but just the simplicity of especially when you go to sleep at night, keep your mouth closed.
