Hello Creative Cutie! Today, in honor of our THREE Webby Wins, I am back with our third and last episode in a trip down unleash memory lane. This one is very special to me, because it's a coaching session. It's also a VERY important episode for anyone out there considering sharing a hidden dream, pursuing a new career or figuring out how to balance being a multi-passionate creative! Check it out and if you're interested in a FREE Coaching session with me on-air, reach out via my website or email below! Original Description: Today I'm taking you inside a coaching session with Caroline Stokes. Caroline is a comedian, dancer, visual artist, musician, and self-expression expert who has who has been lighting up the internet with her hilarious content for years now…Building an organic audience of 111k followers on TikTok and almost 20 thousand people on Instagram. This is actually Caroline's third time being on Unleash! I was quite honored that she, someone who I see as a fully unleashed person, wanted to be coached. It's a reminder that everyone needs someone to see, guide and believe in them--that often times, that's how they got there in the first place, and that's how they continue to grow. This coaching session helped Caroline figure out a part of her creativity she didn't even know she desired so deeply. It also was illuminating for me, as I discovered a whole new way to guide fellow multi-passionates (and honestly, myself) on how to allocate our time and creative energy. It was honestly pretty revolutionary. From today's episode, you'll learn: How to honor your authentic self -even if it's uncomfortableHow to discover the creative life you've been afraid to let yourself wantThe power of being an introvert The importance of saying what you want out LoudHow to introduce new endeavors to your audienceHow to run a relay race with yourself

How do you order your "temple"? Through honest stories and practical insight, Andrew and Marco explore how temperance orders our passions, with the goal of living in greater freedom and integrity. Andrew discusses how asexuality, often viewed as a neutral stance, is an enemy of temperance as it disconnects us from the full reality of our embodied humanity. True peace with our bodies and sexual desires isn't about suppression, but integration. It's about becoming more fully human. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr. recently made a series of remarks about autism. RFK spoke about “severe autism” and said he lamented the difficult lives that people with severe autism have to lead. He even talked about creating a “national autism registry,” although his office later walked back that idea. Meanwhile, researchers — including those within his own agency — are pushing back on a number of claims RFK has made about some of the facts surrounding the condition. This hour, Evan and co-host Sarah Murphy Abbamonte sit down with a local clinician and autism awareness advocates to discuss the facts, their experiences, and the ways that autism has affected them. In studio: Dylan Dailor, autistic self-advocate Jerri Lynn Sparks, autism acceptance, appreciation, awareness, and inclusion advocate for nearly 30 years, and proud mother of a son with autism (and his three siblings) Laura Silverman, Ph.D., associate professor and clinical child psychologist in the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center

To kick off our BGS Mumbai series, introducing someone whose work you have seen before you've met him. Siddharth Sharma is the founder of House On The Clouds, the iconic editorial wedding photography and filmography team behind the stunning soft photos under the sun you saw from Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's intimate wedding at their home. Rejecting the term ‘celebrity weddings', he chooses instead to call them ‘artist weddings', detailing the intricacies around catering to the requirements of couples who have a keen eye for the small moments, like a camera shutter clicking during a groom's speech, or the clinking of bangles as the bride walks up the aisle on her big day. Siddharth was never a traditionally flamboyant or charismatic character. Whilst he started his career in engineering, he quotes ‘as a kid I always wanted to make films'. His charm is in his self proclaimed ‘introverted' and slightly ‘awkward' nature. Sometimes the quieter souls are the ones who see the world in the most colourful way. Randee Dawn. Take a walk with me down Fascination Street, as I get to know Randee dawn. Randee is a journalist and author. In this episode we get to know Randee from her early days in Bensonhurst Brookly, to her NPR day, and even her beginnings as a music journalist. Randee shares stories about working with The Trashcan Sinatras, and Adam Schlesinger. She tells us about how her music fan attitude led to her working with the band Ivy, which turned into some really fascinating online blog projects. Then we discuss how she came to write for Alternative Press magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and Soap Opera Digest, basically at the same time. In her soap opera journalism career, she covered: One Life To Live, Another World, and maybe just a bit on Passions!. Naturally I ask her about her interviewing Vincent D'Onofrio about the Forest Witaker TV show The Godfather of Harlem. Even though Randee made a bit of a name for herself writing Law & Order speculative fiction, that didn't come up in her interview with Vincent. Finally, we dive into Randee's books! Besides having developed an audience in the speculative fiction area, Randee Dawn has written a bunch of books. Her fun and dynamic storytelling has gotten her multiple novels published in a relatively short period of time. 'Tune In Tomorrow', 'Don't Touch That Dial', 'Leave No Trace', and 'The Only Song Worth Singing' have catapulted Randee into a new level of popularity. These novels have become so popular that the publishers are dying for more! Check out all of her work at RandeeDawn.com and find her on all the socials at Randee Dawn. Randee continues to write for Today.com, Variety, The Envelope, and The L.A. Times.

The singing parrots are desperately trying to keep us locked into the red blue duality. So much is happening, a brief hiatus is incoming. Sec. Duffy and the unfortunate nipple licking story. Using drones against the cartels is a bad idea for many good reasons. Some examples of subversion in ideological groups. DOGE has a paper trail too. Elon and some amazing data mining. The special signal is sent from our heart, and it should always be love. The bond that strengthens coherence. Don't fight the darkness, shine in it. The circuit loops in an illusion of choice. Don't charge the war. Step into the gap between yes and no. Change the game being played on their field. Triality reveals the whole game. It's spiritual mastery, being in the world but not of it. An echo room where every frequency entering leaves a trace. Thoughts charged with emotion leave a mark. Try to be more mindful. Real love breaks trauma loops. Confessions crack the system. History needs hero's, not complexity. Confessions go underground in private papers and memoirs. The future is defined by what we admit. We know who's financing the crimes right in front of us. Where are all the EO's coming from? It's all about the building of public energy and passion. And now is the time to buckle up.
