In May of 1999, Galen graduated with honors but was busy working on Passions (1999), a job he learned about through his girlfriend Jenna's agent. Galen and Jenna moved to California where both pursued acting careers. He worked on two independent films "Road Trip" and "Pistol Whipped" and was named one of People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people. Galen also is a filmmaker and writer and spends time playing Pro-am beach volleyball. He also loves his two dogs, Wyle and Bandit and works with a charity called New Leash For Life. Young Doctor Malone (a.k.a. Young Dr. Malone) is an American soap opera, created by Irna Phillips, which had a long run on radio and television from 1939 to 1963. The producer was Betty Corday (1912–1987), who also produced Pepper Young's Family and later was a co-creator with husband Ted Corday of NBC Daytime's Days of Our Lives. Sponsored by General Foods and Post Cereals, the radio serial began on the Blue Network on November 20, 1939. The 15-minute program aired daily at 11:15 am, continuing until April 26, 1940. Without a break, it moved to CBS on April 29, 1940, where it was heard for two decades, first airing at 2:00 pm weekdays (1940–1944) and then 1:30 pm (1945–1960). His first job in the film and television industry, when he was 11 years old, was as the host of a TV show on CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) called "Film Fun" in which he showed kids how to make their own Super-8 movies. He later transformed that talent into producing commercials for various Ottawa businesses that aired on TV in the 1970s. At nineteen, Bryan moved to Los Angeles to attend the American Film Institute as a Director Fellow. After AFI, Bryan's Hollywood career began when he became assistant to Johnny Carson on the pilot for "TV Bloopers & Practical Jokes." A few years later, Bryan's comedy shorts, "Undershorts" became a regular feature on the show. Bryan's "Undershorts" started a following and soon were featured on HBO, "Foul-Ups, Bleeps & Blunders," "The American Comedy Awards" and on various comedy variety shows. Bryan went on to direct an episode of the classic George A. Romero TV series, "Tales from the Darkside," entitled "The Bitterest Pill", starring Mark Blankfield. The episode became the season's highest rated episode. Bryan also wrote for The Ice Queen animated feature, starring the voices of Lauren Bacall and Bryan Adams. Matt Cedeño was best known for his role as (Brandon Walker) on the long-running daytime soap opera, Days of Our Lives where he was nominated for an ALMA award as Outstanding Actor in a Daytime Drama. He was the only actor from NBC Daytime to be nominated each consecutive year. A few of Cedeño's other previous screen credits include Romancing the Bride in which he starred in the lead role of (Carlos) opposite Laura Prepon; and the feature film Price of Glory where he successfully played a young boxer; and The Suburbans with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ben Stiller. Cedeño's notable television guest spots have been on prime time hit series such as Desperate Housewives, The Mentalist, Pysch, CSI Miami, That 70's Show, Anger Management, Retribution, Melissa & Joey, Common Law just to name a few.
