How can you improve transparency with your clients when at auction? Ed reviews some updates on his current projects and ways he is working with his auction clients. First, we talk about negotiating tactics after you are under contract if other offers come through. Second we talk about a sub-contractor that can help on a number of general issues, but didn’t think that this sub-contractor could do bigger jobs without seeking to understand how the sub-contractors would tackle bigger projects. Lastly, the auction is also evolving. The County is changing their process and Ed and his team is changing the process to improve transparency with his clients via Google Docs/Sheets. La socia directora de Negotia Abogados y portavoz de Afecade, Ángela de Miguel, nos explica las razones para crear la primera plataforma de afectados por las cadenas dentales. La iniciativa de Negotia nace tras recibir varios casos y comprobar que los colegios de odontólogos también tienen los pelos de punta, decidieron crear la plataforma para, aseguran, dar apoyo y voz a todos los afectados tanto por mala praxis como por fraude. Los testimonios de algunos de los afectados son estremecedores: años de calvario debido a la negligencia, cuando no la estafa directamente, de varias de estas cadenas odontológicas que, además, entrampan a los pacientes en créditos para financiar un tratamiento letal.
