Speaker: Vince Klassen So the other day I was at McDonalds’s...again. As I walked in I saw this kid. Well dressed, nice new winter jacket, blonde hair spiked up. He had a little of that ‘punk kid swagger’. And he asked "Hey, can you help me?" he told me that he had run out of the house in a hurry, forgot his money and was had run out of gas. I admit, his story sounded a little dodgy but I thought, say "yes" rather than "no" Klassen. Come on. This is a water opportunity. But, as I left to get him some gas I saw him walking in the opposite direction of where he said his truck was. Weird I thought... that was until I saw him approach another person, and saw that nice soul hand over some money to this guy. He didn’t need gas, it was just a BS story to get money. I got scammed! Now what do I do? Do I let it slide? Do I say something? Knowing that his actions will sour anyone’s desire to take water again if they found out like I did. What do I do? This week we are going to explore those moments when the masses stay silent, and the impact that may have on our society. Should be fun.
