Stacey’s definition of true self care or taking care of your health she believes is to “notice” or be aware of your energetic shifts and changes throughout the month. Why having a 20 minute container to set yourself up for your day is so important for checking in on what you need to nourish yourself. What do I need right now? What do I feel like doing for exercise? The importance of listening to our deepest inner wisdom is so important. The more that you start the check in with how you are feeling the more you trust yourself to make positive decisions in your life.  The deeper the self-trust the better choices you begin making for your body. The power of honoring our body from a place of what we truly want and need. Breath. This moment here is the only moment. Get clear on what you are doing, why you are doing it, how you operate on a daily basis would it be worth it? The power of clearing your external environment and the power of creating a harmonious can have on your mindset. Set achievable goals with small, intentional wins with one daily practice each day!
