Starting September 17, we embarked upon awakening Codes of Cosmic Light in select locations throughout the United States. This was undertaken by enacting ceremony and prayer throughout the land. Why September 17, 2020? Why did we pick this date to begin this journey of 7 stops along the way? How did we interact with these sites to accomplish our Call to Action? What is the planetary grid network? Is it a living consciousness matrix that can be encoded with instructions for our spiritual evolution? Did the Ancient Ones know about this grid? Did the Knights Templar retrieve this information and utilize it for their purposes? What was the plan of the legendary Inner Circle? Why did the Freemasons later use these “As Above, So Below” principles to support our new nation? And why is this relevant at this time of incredible change in our country? What is this American Evolution?

Dr. Mandie Williford is the second “P” in our Pod[cast]. Listen as she shares her inspirational story about overcoming a learning disability and speech-impediment to obtain her doctorate by the age of 23. She is a true inspiration and definitely an amazing member of our community.  Through everything, Mandie’s mantra has been to “never give up.” This mantra along with her focus on trust and communication has helped her keep a positive and bubbly attitude through any tough times. I even helped craft a new SWAN song for her! Mandie spent 13 years as a retail pharmacist and is now responsible for the emergency supply of medications for all of North Carolina. She shares what it means to be a pharmacist and why you should never ask why it takes so long to “just put a pill in the bottle.” Hear what a Day in the Life of a pharmacist looks like.  Due to the long hours and the daily grind, Mandie burned out earlier in her career than she anticipated. When she started looking, the job for the state popped up in the job search, and she decided to dive in. Learn more about public health and how it has changed Mandie’s view on her career.  During her period of work, work, work, Mandie found an outlet in the Junior League of Raleigh. She shares their different philanthropic efforts and why the JLR has become such an amazing institution in her life. Learn more about the organization and all that they are doing to help families in the community.  This conversation was a gem. I’ve loved learning more about all of our “P’s” and Mandie is certainly no exception. In this episode, we talk about: -Why September 1st 2014 changed his life and motivated him to stay consistent for 3 years, with no days off (and built an incredible physique just through calisthenics)! - How Austin scaled his business and set goals to help his businesses thrive
-How Austin got through bullying by building confidence through training -How he deals with negativity in his life and grows from it
-Why Austin loves bodyweight training more than anything else (and why you should consider starting bodyweight strength training).
-How to find opportunities and assess risk when creating the life you love
-A discussion around Austin’s new career choice to leave the ROTC to pursue his outstanding vision
-What it means to pursue a #StrongerSelf __ Here Are Some Dope Quotes From The Podcast: “Educate, motivate, inspire, and entertain... those are my goals with YouTube and how I envision myself to succeed” “Calisthenics is different than weight training because it is super unique.... and the body control and strength that you gain from it is insane” “In high school I used to wear a hoodie and cover up my arms because they would.... say how skinny my arms [were]... and going to the gym has really helped with my confidence around that” “I have been telling myself that I want to come out with my own supplement line one day but I kept telling myself that I will do it after college saying that I was busy.... but one night I was laying in my bed and.... I just had this epiphany” “People overthink it and think that there is right time or right way to start things... whatever you are doing will evolve over time to what it is supposed to be. Like its never going to start off perfect you know?” “People didn’t take [me] that seriously in the beginning and I guess they didn’t have a reason to... but I had a passion for making videos and working out so I was going to do it regardless of what anybody said” “Working in the military... you work long hours from 7 to 4.... you get moved around a lot.... I need all the freedom I can get.... so this is when I thought that [my new career] really lined up with my business goals” “I put a sheet down of pros and cons of... joining the air force.... and going full time with business... and from there is was obvious to see the path I needed to continue going in... and I needed to do this decision what was best for me.... and not what others wanted for me.... and now I have no choice but to follow through and go with it... and from there I have never looked back” __ You can check out Austin and what he is up to on his social media accounts: YT: Austin Dunham IG, FB, SC: geekamd __ Join the Movement.

We are diving in The Four Tendencies with Gretchen Rubin, and why knowing yourself is the way to a happy, healthy life. Gretchen Rubin is one of the most influential writers on the linked subjects of habits, happiness, and human nature. She’s the author of many books, including the blockbuster New York Times bestsellers Better Than Before and The Happiness Project. A member of Oprah’s SuperSoul 100, Rubin has an enormous following, in print and online; her books have sold almost three million copies worldwide, and she has a highly ranked, award-winning podcast, Happier with Gretchen Rubin.   Website: gretchenrubin.com Twitter: @gretchenrubin   All show notes & resources available at realfoodwholelife.com KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE How she left a successful law career for writing. Why it took Gretchen 10 years to become an overnight success. The origin story of the Happiness Project, and why she focused on the practical daily life activities for health and happiness. What “Be Gretchen” means, and why the only way to build a happy, healthy, creative, efficient life is to base it on the foundation of our own nature, our own values, our own interests, our own temperament. There is no magic one-size fits all solution. We are mostly alike but the differences are so important. Sometimes things work, sometimes they don’t and it’s not your fault. Why it’s so hard to know yourself. There’s the way we wish we were, the way other people wish we were, and our assumptions about what people are like. Using the laws of distinction to describe our differences. What did you love to do when you were 10 years old, what do you lie about (which means there’s a disconnect between you life and your values), who do you envy? Shining a spotlight on hidden patterns and lending a vocabulary. What to do when you’re telling yourself “I should.” The Four Tendencies and how you respond to outer and inner expectations. The difference between Upholder, Questioners, Obligers, Rebels. Diving into the challenges and positives of each tendency. Why it doesn’t work to try to change your tendency. Why “should” is a trigger. It’s only what I can do, what I will do, and what works for me.
