Every contractor I know is afraid to change a system that is working and I'm no different. My dad designed a great CRM in claimexpress and we've used it to run thousands of jobs. The system is great at the sell , build, collect process and keeping up with door to door contracting sales pros. Lately we have grown massively and are on track to build more than 3000 jobs this year. When you commit to grow your business the first step to growth is disruption. That's what happened as my office scaled from 8 figure to 9 figures. We had to integrate all technology's and automate communication. This meant that we had to blow up our multi million dollar investment in technology. ( a decision my dad still doesn't like.) However we have built out some new technology out of the process that will change the construction industry forever. Check out my interview with Aaron Trujillo who has helped me set up a customized CRM workflow. He started in the roofing business working with Scott Riopelle and helped automate Interstate roofing's digital production process. After helping a ton of different roofers I heard about Aarons skill and reach out for help. This episode is about our journey to find the perfect automated digital production process.
