On this weeks episode, Ant and Kate sit and chat with Brock Holbert of Sa Cèst Bon in Anaheim, CA. Brock has been dishing out some amazing cajun food in his surrounding community and has made a name for himself with his bold flavors and over portioned platters. Brock is originally from Louisiana and grew up on the Bayou where he was able to immerse himself in the culture and food and bring that with him all the way to California. He is an assassin in the kitchen and an awesome father to his 2 children and we wish Brock continued success on building his business.

Kate and Ant dive into the world of teenagers in present day and compare some of the nostalgia they had growing up such as JNCO Jeans and Blockbuster (talk about memory lane). Kaitlyn and Carys are currently in High School and share with us some fun stories about Tik Tok, boyfriends and all the shenanigans teenage girls get into.
On this weeks episode Ant and Kate sit down with Harold Logan of Be Great Guys. Harold and Ant went to Culinary School together and share a love for food. Harold was a Private Chef in Charlotte and pivoted his career to a business working with chocolate. Harold then came to the realization that he was missing a lot of time with his family and newborn child and decided to change his life and become a life coach and personal trainer. Be Great Guys is a movement started by Harold where he conveys the message of being great. Tune in and listen as Harold brings his positivity into the community and instill a mindset of being great!
