Send us a textWhat a week in Norfolk County,Massachusetts! The prosecution concluded their case in chief. What exactly did they prove. It appears that the Commonwealth has NOT proven the intent factor in the second degree homicide charge. The forensic case against Karen Read is shaky at best. Dr Welcher, an accident re-constructionist was the last witness called by the Commonwealth, was simply not what they needed. He came off as every engineer at a house party, Know it all, dismissive and insistent. He was forced to admit that he could not determine, on what body part John was first struck, where on the street John was standing, where John O'Keefe's final resting place was. This case remains an incoherent mess for the Commonwealth. Please Share this episode! In her opening testimony at Sean Combs's federal trial, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura delivered a harrowing account of her years-long relationship with the music mogul, describing a pattern of psychological control, degradation, and forced sexual encounters. Cassie testified that Combs regularly orchestrated drug-fueled sex sessions involving male prostitutes, during which she was instructed to participate while he watched. These sessions, often involving excessive alcohol and drugs, left her feeling “disgusting,” “ashamed,” and “humiliated.” Her testimony painted a picture of a coercive dynamic where Combs maintained power over her through manipulation, surveillance, and fear.Cassie's testimony also introduced key elements of the government's sex trafficking case: interstate travel under Combs's orders, the use of intimidation and drugs to compel participation, and a consistent effort by Combs to isolate and dominate her. She detailed how she was told what to wear, how to behave, and was repeatedly forced into situations she found degrading. These initial statements from Cassie not only humanized the allegations but laid the emotional groundwork for the prosecution's case by portraying Combs not just as a controlling partner, but as a calculated figure who used his wealth and fame to conceal a deeply abusive private life.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Takeaways From Cassie's Opening Testimony in Sean ‘Diddy' Combs Trial - The New York TimesBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

With spring training coursing on as we inch closer and closer to the start of the season, yesterday the Astros took on the Washington Nationals down in West Palm now for a second time. Falling short 6-3 in their first meeting to a shutout 3-0 win yesterday afternoon, the Astros look to be piecing and meshing things together as we continue to roll on through the spring games. After Cam Smith's outstanding game Tuesday followed with Hayden Wesneski's solid pitching performance, the prospects the Astros received from trading Kyle Tucker during the offseason have begun to show a bit of production quite early on in these recent spring games. Adding more depth in the infield now with Isaac replacing Bregman at third, Sean and Brian pose the question to listeners despite the start of the season still a ways to go, was the Kyle Tucker trade and the prospects that came with the trade been a successful one so far?
With milder temperatures in the final days of February, much of the recent snow and ice has melted away. But this winter has proved to be exceptional as Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek and Meteorologist Erich Ahlf look at where this season now ranks all-time for snowfall in Salisbury. Even with a few weeks to go before astronomical spring, an increasing sun angle is already making snow and ice events easier to recover from.
