I am addressing you today to invite you to a take on a challenge with me. New Year’s around the corner. for many, it is the time to reflect back on their lives, what they have achieved and/or what they have failed to deliver. And with that comes the delusional promise of a better next year once you have made new resolutions. How about you and I do something completely different this year, Shall we? I am not you, and my life is not the same as yours, I do however believe that I relate closely to a lot of what you are going through in your life at the moment. I feel I can relate to your hopes, dreams, and aspirations. the better job or career you desire, the level of health and fitness you covet, the amount of money and riches you dream of, the loving intimacy you long for and the harmonious relationships you hunger for. I can also relate to all the uncertainties and doubts, that creep up your spine and curb your enthusiasm. I can relate to all the disappointments, frustrations and disillusions you may have experienced. What I can mostly relate to is Fear, the fear of failure, the fear of rejection and the fear of loss you may have felt in varying degrees. When you really think about it, hope cannot exist without having, seeded into it, the fear of not attaining what you are hoping for, Fear is part of the equation that needs to be resolved, that’s all. So what do you need to do? Before making any resolution go into an introspective journey before you set any new goals, take an inventory of your values and beliefs and check whether your beliefs support you in achieving the outcomes you want. I will be there guiding you through all steps, skills and mindset you need to start taking control back of your life to help you do that.
