Co-ops have been evolving since they started popping up over 100 years ago. We asked the president of the Nebraska Coop Council, Rocky Weber, where all the co-ops have gone, why they’re changing, and what needs to happen so that younger producers want to take more of a vested interest in becoming a member owner of a local co-op and why that'd ultimately be in their best interest

No one likes to talk safety, or admit when they might have issues to correct, but every day 33 kids are injured on family farms, and every three days one is killed. Bernard and the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day Foundation are working to lower that number with safety camps and education, starting with educating the kids themselves.
