Sophie Wages is truly the epitome of grace. She is genuinely one of the sweetest most radiant people I have ever known. Since meeting last summer in southern Belize, we have become fast friends, and it is a privilege and honor to call him a friend. Marc Branker is a military veteran who spent twenty years in both the Army and Air Force branches. He later went on to become a Minister with a giant heart for advocacy. Central New York-born and raised, Julie Gooden is a true testament of empathy, kindness, and grace. She is someone who has always had big dreams, but I will say she has an even bigger heart. Samantha Sheppard is truly one of the most authentic and joyful people you will ever meet. A realist with a passion for helping people, Samantha shares her story with us. She has a degree in marketing and has over seventeen years of experience in the field. She and her husband started the run a business that enabled her to retire from the corporate world at the age of twenty-seven. Since then, they have welcomed two daughters into the world. A salt of the earth guy with a global journey that has changed his life forever! I had the pleasure of speaking with Brendan McGinn today and hearing more about his journey over the course of the last few years as a Pre-Med student at Oswego State University. He is an incredible advocate of wellness, equal opportunity education, and ending the stigma associated with mental health. He courageously speaks out about his on-going journey with mental health and the single decision that landed him over seven thousand miles away from home.
