Together they have created place for the El Paso wheel culture. If you know me or follow me you will know I love plants and have grown quite the collection ever since the lockdown happened in 2020 due to Covid. Just like so many others during this time I had to find something to keep me busy but also something that would bring me some kind of peace during the pandemic. I noticed people buying plants and sending them as gifts to others due to us not able to visit anyone outside of our household. The business was local and called BLOOM.
